I just like her personality, simple and knows how to mind her business. It's not a must to be friends with the whole world, it's just her nature. Remember some are sanguines, choleric, phlegmatic and others melancholic. Her biography says it all, a little girl coming to America in a time of crisis in Russia, we all need to understand why people act the way they do rather than castigate them. There are those who really love to keep their distance but not that they are not approachable.

Have to admit, i read the comments before watching the video...not a big Sharapova fan here, but i feel she was being authentic and she tried her best to answer the questions. It's always better just being yourself, instead of putting a show of being a "fun and relaxed person" . Everyones is different, that's what makes the world interesting. Loved the interview.
yeah I totally agree. I actually die of boredom listening to 95% interviews with athletes, but Maria is not one of them - she's actually pretty smart but when you give her vanilla questions she won't pretend being super interested (and I appreciate that). Djokovic is another example (tho he is also super fun)
