Well… In my defence, I didn‘t know that before now. I was just used to ghosts sensing any active electronics held (like a turned on flashlight, EMF, or a held camera in general.)

@@joshmartin8271 It depends on range, the closer the ghost is to you the easier it can detect you. Turn off the electronic in your hand as well as the flashlight as soon as you suspect a hunt. Don't swap to another item either or you will risk another electronic equipment turning on

@@Ozzyboy99 Yeah, the hunt frequency is determined by a formula (X = (100 - Average Sanity) + Hunt multiplier). The hunt multiplier depends on the type of Ghost. When "X" is below 50, there will probably be no hunt. When it gets between 50-75 the chance lies on 16% iirc. Higher than 75 and it's on 25%

Damn, this is better than most horror movies. That moment where Mark's leaving the house, talking to wade...and then realizes Wade hasn't spoken in the last little bit. Turns around and doesn't see Wade behind him. THAT is perfect horror movie right there.

@@Heavym_Etal I think somewhere starting around 24:14 or so? The ghost passed them in the hall and they start heading for the stairs to leave. Mark is talking to Wade and gets all the way to the front door before realizing its been dead silence for like, 30 seconds to a minute. Pretty sure he thought the ghost got Wade at the top of the stairs. Lol.

“Can it hear us if we talk?” I’d say so. Someone left a review where they were hidden during a hunt, farted, their mic picked up the noise and the ghost killed them. So yes, even if you’re not using the push-to-talk the ghost can hear you. Push-to-talk is for players talking to players. The ghost can always hear you.

DON'T HIDE IN THE SAME SPOTS TWICE!! THE GHOST SEARCHES THE PLACES YOU HID IN DURING THE PREVIOUS HUNT!! Use the UV light to check for fingerprints on light switches when the ghost turns lights on or off a lot. Put salt piles down (3 allotted per container) and use the UV light to track footprints when a pile has been disturbed.

Remember to turn on lights to preserve sanity, especially on professional. Ghosts will attack more often at lower sanity levels, and Mares attack more frequently in the dark.
