Up from Below 

A film about my relationship with my Dad who has Bipolar 1 Disorder.
Riding through the Tankwa and self-filming was not easy. Hardest part was sticking to the shot list when I was so tired and sick from heat stroke, all I wanted to do is crawl up into a ball on the floor. 😅
Also, not the most technical piece of work I have ever done (there’s even some dirty lens spots 😝) but this one was more about the message.
Disclaimers aside, I’m so stoked with the outcome and very excited to share it with you. 🙌
