Happy Birthday Chris. My farther unlawfully had the same issue years ago and 1 mechanic said it would be over a £1000 to do as the dash would need to come out. By chance he was talking to another mechanic and said just try some Radweld. 6 years or more later and not a drop.worth a try for a few quid he said and Bob's your uncle.love watching the videos and keep up the good work👍
Brilliant as always, great to see the struggles being overcome and the bus getting a load of upgrades, won't be long until Alex gets you fitting a load of RGB LED lights in the cab 🤣🤣🤣 Great to see the fleet of Keys, they always tidy when you pass them on the motorway fair play to the drivers and the owners! keep up the struggles!
Happy birthday Chris, didn’t you disconnect all those wires off your inverter many moons ago when your van first started to discharge the main battery, so you thought it was the inverter doing it so you disconnected it all, I’m 99% sure you did it in a video a long long time ago😂. Keep up the great work
Happy Birthday or Happy birthday for tomorrow Chris. I feel so happy that you've fixed the struggle bus, because you could have one of them days, and the bus not stating or water leak causing major grief on one of them days could be the tipping point. Now your having a bad struggle, you can jump back in your bus it'll start up, you and Lil (or is it Lea?) Dog be warm in no time, and you can smile thinking 'Bloody good bus!'.
Happy birthday Chris, extend the isolation switch cables into the panel by sliding door and put switch there . Then kids can't stand on switch ? Great vid
Happy birthday Mr struggle it's about time you sorted the struggle bus out it has been telling you for a long time not like you have not got the spares for it and you water leak is very important as poor lea dog freezing he's bits off so get the heating done should not matter how long it takes?? As the weather not going to get better why don't you sort it out when off work at Christmas and new year you still have the other van?? Don't get to drunk on your birthday mate 😂🤠🍺🍻
Run a 12-18 gauge wire from your main battery to your auxiliary battery to help trickle charge is as the van is running this is how I run my inverter off it’s own batt but with trickle charge from the vehicle battery … Happy Birthday Chris hope it’s the best year yet for you mate keep up the content please so entertaining
I'd be careful with exhaust on the diesel heater very tight to the van floor like that. They get pretty hot. They normally use a metal bracket with a round deflector bit on it that you bolt to the floor... keep an eye on it🔥....😂
