@@UpGtiClubsport I have to agree that low weight is king, owning a MK 3 Focus RS and a MK7 Fiesta ST I prefer the playfulnesses of the Fiesta.

@@dave130r4 the mk7 st was actually my previous car, loved that as well but still wanted to go a little more basic/old school with this car for even more usable fun on a daily basis. And so far I haven’t regretted getting the Up, it’s definitely one of my favorite cars I’ve owned

I usually go for 2.3-2.4 in front, and 2.1-2.2 in the rear. These are warm pressures tho

Love your videos, but have you considered getting some lightweight 15" instead of 17". 17" for the street, 15" for the track.

Thanks! These wheels are actually really lightweight, but I want to get some 16 inch in the future to run semi slicks on those and keep these wheels for street driving. Saves a lot of money on tyres that way😅

TC is turned off actually, it’s the stability that’s still on, but can also be switched off

@@UpGtiClubsportneeds turning off. Can hear the car misfire occasionally with steering lock on. A pity VW didn’t do these cars with ~200hp

@@SrApathy33 normally yes, but in my case because of the stretched street tyres I’m still using, it actually helps countering understeer with faster entry speeds. Let’s just say it helped me out on more than one occasion. Once I have proper sized semis on the car and a decent alignment again I will drive with everything turned off

@@chrismc1977 Misfire? Power gets cut on occasion but that has nothing to do with misfires, also bouncing of the limiter isn’t a misfire. Other than that, please refrain from telling me what I need to do. You probably never been to the ring and definitely never drove my car at those speeds on the ring so I think I’m doing just fine without you’re baseless input👍🏻
