I understood what you meant with the whole Nas thing. When it comes to rap, there are some things that you are born with and it has NOTHING to do with "oh if they just tried they could do it". We're talking about being a wordsmith, and there is a select few who can do just that. Church can do it and though some think he isn't a good rapper, he actually says a lot. Em was born with his ability to play with words and flip them to somehow they fit perfectly into the rhyme scheme, as I mentioned VERY few are born with that ability cause it's rare. Though most find it 'corny' which is why lot of haters of these artists who can do this get labeled corny. Hopefully that made sense lol.
