I love watching this, i really want to go to Aruba and i think we will make it a plan, i have a small airport in my City which i often drive to and watch planes, today a plane flew right over my head from the runway and i parked nearby. I am a plane enthusiast and get very excited watching planes.

That really looked like a whole lot of fun. United Airlines is my go to when I visit Aruba. I actually get to see the planes fly in just before they land in Newark. I reside close to the airport.

Same here. I fly out of O’hare, and they offer one nonstop flight a week which is on Saturday. Been there many times, and it’s absolutely spectacular!

Leuk om het eens van deze kant te zien, lijkt mij een leuke dag te zijn geweest. Bij ons huis zie ik de vliegtuigen altijd overkomen bij vertrek, in september kwamen ze geregeld in de landing overvliegen ivm de wind, dat was ook leuk.

Hyro just a comment on the pre clearance in Aruba... what they didn't tell us getting back to ATL was that luggage went to the international terminal (which you don't arrive at... and when you leave from ATL to Aruba it is domestic terminal) so you end up at the wrong side of the airport and have to take the bus...

Oh wow, that is sure a bummer. I wasn't aware of that. I've never had that problem in Miami so I don't know if it would be the airport or the airlines fault.

Not at the airport but we do have a Police helicopter. They sometimes still make a stop at the airport but no specific helicopter base.

Hyro my last 2 trips June 2022 & Sep 2022, my Jet Blue flight did not have a gate to taxi on account of some construction. We had to walk down a flight of stairs from the plane and get on a bus to gate. Did they complete the construction of the gates>

Cool video brother. You're finding things that I didn't know Aruba did. Airplane watching is a unique hobby. Tell that guy Vince he almost got sucked up into that engine. That turbine was still spinning and he was right in front of it. Vince burgers for dinner. 🤣🤣

Thanks brother, I used to take a lot of airplane photos in the past. Nowadays a little less because it's gotten a bit difficult with the new fences. It is however a hobby I really like. Vince thank goodness is safe and sound :-)
