Upcycling my charity shop finds and sideboard includes charity shop haul 

Stunning upcycles Rosie. The sideboard looks like a Neptune piece! 💕 I have a little charity shop story for anyone who'd care to read it 😁 Last year, I was very lucky to go to Italy for a few days with my best mate. On our last day, we found a beautiful gift shop in Florence and I found a gorgeous locally made tray. I couldn't really justify spending any more money, so I didn't get it. This year we went to Wales and I was passing a charity shop in Cardigan and what do you think was in the window! 😱 I nearly fell up the steps to get in there. I bought it for £1.50, as opposed to 40 euros in Florence. It was made in Florence and exactly the same design that i had fallen in love with. 😭💕💕💕

I like the radio on the shelf - the 1st way. Genius idea putting that piece of wood on the bottom of that unit - looked amazing 👏❤

Love the sideboard. When you sanded the top of it did you varnish the top again ? If so what did you use please ? I have an oak bookcase but its gone a bit orange looking but i dont want to paint it. Just wondering if i can do the same to it x

I think the Radio looked better on the shelf. I would also put the Wreath on the peg above it, more of a hanging affect x

Oh Rosie, I LOVE these videos - I'm barely on RU-vid these days but this reminded me why i loved your channel! Such clever upcycles. Loved the shelf styling, i thought the radio looked good on bottom shelf 👍 And the sanding and skirting off cut on the hallway drawers really made it next level! Hi Rosie, what colour /brand of paint did you use on the Sideboard please. Wow, incredible up cycles. I didn't know you could do that to remove varnish. What a bargain. I love the frames as well. I didn't know they could add frame inserts etc. You should def have your own home magazine. It's beautiful xx

Hi Rosie, you’re so talented at arts and crafting. I was stressing about you not wearing gloves using the oven cleaner though- it’s usually pretty toxic stuff. Also, please wear a protective mask when you’re sanding as you don’t want any of that toxic muck in your lungs that might cause trouble on down the track. Great finds. Brilliant upcycle. I would move the wicker flower pot to the right side and the white pots to the left on the middle shelf and keep the radio on the bottom shelf. Then your "richer natural browns" zig-zag from top left, middle right, bottom left. (At the moment you have these tones top-heavy on the left side).
