Hi! I've been to Spring many times to the Street Rod Shows in Old Town Spring! I'm south of you in Brazoria! The lighting is so bright I really can't see any color. The idea is great though! Thanks for sharing!
The light was hard with the colors -it was a live video and not pretaped and edited like our newer videos. I will have to do another one! With better lighting!
It would help if the camera was angled straight down on the piece. It’s impossible to actually see what’s going on.I could never get a clear look until it was held up at the end.
Hi. This is my first time here. I’m from central Canada. My husband bought home 6 pieces of E P Copper. Are you Familiar with that type of metal and would I be able to paint it. This is something I would like to do with the items.
As long as it says "bonding to slick surfaces" or similar - We have Country Chic clear bonding primer in our shop and we also use Bin Zinsser Bonding & Stain Blocking primer (some do both) but just regular Kilz or other primer - no. Some have specific jobs like only stain blocking or preparing the surface to take paint (wall primer). If it doesn't say it will bond to slick surfaces find another primer.
I'm not sure what's available to you - but I like the Country Chic primer - it is a clear bonding primer. Your local hardware store may have bonding primer options - those will work well too. (I'm not sure if Country Chic is available where you are - I don't think we have anyone from Paint Couture out your way either as they have a good white bonding primer)
