GL needs to get off of the update rat chase and clean the game up of cheaters using bots and macros. This needs to be done consistently across the game, not individually because someone gets your attention. These applications are driving people (especially new folks) from the game. You worry about Social Media presence instead of player presence and enjoyment. I have been playing this game for over 7 years and have never seen the disappointment of the players as I do now.😞
Too right... been here from the beginning. 9 yrs here, can't quit as part of my real-life job is on a laptop. They allow cheaters, those who $$.. , even when I provide it to them. and yet, I have been banned in ALL chats for about 3 yrs now. when I ask what was said, they just give me their lip service about "Service of the Game" and they do not need to give me a reason to my ban. Wow! how can I correct myself if you do not give me a reasoning on how to correct my behavior and/or WORDS not to be used? fact is, they are scumbags stealing and robbing from players. I like to point out the fact that most of us are over the age 40... not a kid game. but we do have Time & $$ .. that's all they want. last statement... as a professional sheeet talker (worked many bars:), that's part of the game! THE BEST PART OF THE GAME... is meeting others from all parts of the World!! I have met many friends in this game from all parts & will continue to do so. Some of us, former enemies, still talk and look to go have a drink. but as far as GL goes.... middle fingers for them
The increased milestones made this game not even worth playing! Many are quitting moving to better games. Every update the game crashes even more then the previous update, every new update just takes more away from the players and makes it almost impossible to compete or play. Not to mention the customer support for this game has been horrible for the last 7 years! You would think on all the many updates that they ha e they could revamp fix or have a better customer service.

Some don't spend money, but invest time and thinking.. Should be rewarded with gold too.. Should be more sources of gold for non buying players. Thanks
When are the milestones gonna be put back to normal?? You know the 3 milestones, before the awful update 69. The new increased milestones are horrible!! If you would ever listen to the player base you would understand this🤷 How come the milestones were increased but the reward was decreased?? The 10k gold for the blitz lottery and troop training event that was held every monday is gone.... The 260 paragon points are also gone from the midweek Grand lottery and troop training event. Do you realise how many players counted on that gold & paragon points from those events, especially new & small players. If you would ever listen you would see everyone hates it and players are quitting.. Special item shop emblems are even harder to get now than before. Realm Rivalry event (battling ram) is a joke because you increased the milestones now you need 120 points instead of the original 70, to even reach the last milestone but didn't increase the reward. You do realize players have to work and have families who Can't sit on this game for 18 hrs a day. How are any of these updates benefitting the players??? Seems like the updates only benefit greedy people who run the game. When is this game ever gonna get decent customer support? The customer support for this game is horrible! Sometimes wait weeks to get a reply, report a cheater and your team does nothing. The whole customer support for this game needs revamped. We have only been asking for this for 5 years now😴
My trusted friend was banned sometime last year. I've got no one on the trusted friend tab, no icon on other players' profile to request for a new trusted friend, and the game says I've got a trusted friend when others try to request me to be theirs 😒

My account has been banned for almost 3 weeks now. What I'm being charged with, accused of I didn't do! I been trying to contact customer support for about 3 weeks😴😴😴 The page does NOT work to contest your ban. I have filled out the forum numerous times and for the past 3 weeks it says "cannot send, try again later". When is later??? 3 weeks, still nothing. I have called the customer support phone number and no one is ever available. I swear this game has the WORST customer support ever. You have banned the wrong person and I can't even reach anyone to tell you that you got the wrong person! I'm lvl 30 castle with no troops hardly any research done how am I cheating?? If I was cheating don't you think I'd have resources or gold a better castle. Again how is your player base suppose to get help or contest a wrongful ban when none of your stuff works right, or they don't pick up the phone. Again this game has the WORST customer support. Maybe instead of keep coming out with new packs and worthless other stuff you can fix the customer support for this game!

These updates just keep getting worse and worse! The milestone increase is awful. I'm looking for a new game to play. This game has become to much. Its just seems like non stop work, like doing choirs not fun anymore. There is never enough camps, relics, or anything else. Then you go ahead and increase all the milestones so we need to find even more relics and camps when there wasn't enough to begin with. On top of that you got rid of the 1Ok gold from the Monday blitz events😡😡 So you get rid of the 10k gold for 3rd milestone then raise the milestones with less gold... What kind of idiots are running this game? Why would the players enjoy this🤔 2nd. You decreased the paragon points for the Grand events that are during the middle of the week, lottery, troop training grand event use to be 260 paragon points for 3rd milestone now its less paragon and less gold with increased milestones. This is absurd. Many players counted on that 10k gold and paragon points! How do you expect new players, smaller players, players who work to complete all these milestones😡 Glory emblems are almost impossible to get now, realm rivalry isn't even fun anymore that you increased the milestone from 70 to 120. You keep adding more research, more VIP, more Champ levels more castle levels it's just way to much, all the time. Everything is so expensive, training troops, upgrading. Personal stories are way to long. The game is always crashing, the customer support is horrible, players running bots & macros all the time. Finding pet tiles is so tedious and almost impossible. Last update you never gave 3 day shield and how many players had login issues. Game just gets worse and worse.

I hope that the task of winning first place on the event leaderboard within Glory Road will be removed because it is one of the most difficult tasks ever because there are many people who cannot even reach the top 10.They have to wait 40 days to change the path to future glory. Where is the 3 day shield! Every update should come with 3 day shield! The simplest things your team cannot even get right🤷 Every update players cant login or have issurs with game, end up losing shield and losing everything. So again why do you not offer the 3 day shield for ALL updates🤔
