...And that is why I am afraid of doing those videos myself! It's not like I'd have a few channels that have fallen inactive, still hoping I could bring them back *cough, cough* I can imagine that it's quite tedious to make videos about every single episode from season 1 - which would interest the least amount of people. Do what you want to do, maybe find some people that would love to talk about your videos instead of random people that post something whenever they feel like, so you might feel more encouraged to do more of them - and even if it just doesn't work out for you - you have created something that some people will like to come back to, something that some people might stumble over in the future and enjoy, something that is there and makes them happy instead of not even existing in the first place. Whatever the future holds in store for you: You did good already.
It do be like that sometimes. I sympathise. I have no advice about dealing with burnout but... yeah, I'm convinced it's better to do things at your own pace. Still, I'll be there when you upload your next videos 😁 Congrats for finding a job!
I do wanna briefly mention, I apologize if I don't sound too particularly confident in this video. Doing this in one take and deviating from the script I threw together in five minutes, might cause me to do that. Could also be that I'm feeling tired and out of it right now (I assure you I'll be fine the next day, don't worry). Regardless, if the message I wanted to convey here gets across, then I'll be satisfied.
Bummer about the burnout bro. Best of luck bouncing back. (And no, I don't normally talk like that. Just working in some alliteration to lighten the mood.) In all seriousness, I have enjoyed the "Death Battle" related videos posted on this channel and look forward to the next one. Just not enough to impatiently nag about it. When the videos are ready to release, I will watch them.
Tottaly get it man we all suffer burn out especially if not only having to deal with work life but also just life in general or maybe being in a creative slump and not wanting to spend the hours to work on particular projects so I get the burn out but hope you recover it at your own pace and put out those videos when you want to and get back your spark.
