Update a Table with values from another Table in MS Access - Office 365

FYI, The update will overwrite the Primary Key on the updated field. In other words, this workflow will not add new data but replace data.

I update database #1 and what if I want to do same updates on same field(s) that are in another database too. There might be a sligh difference on the fields such as field size, slight difference on the field name. Example: fname, lname, MRN#, enddate, startdate, completedtreatment, Gender, Race, etc. While I am updating database #1, I want the database #2 be updated automatically at the same time to avoid double work/typing. Somebody created 2 separate databases where 80% of contents have same fields and names on both database where has same patient name, MRN, treatment, diagnose, etc. The difference between the 2 databases is # 1 is about suspicious specific disease, and the database #2 is about the same disease that is still in latent mode that can continue like that or become the real disease, just like benign cancer and malign cancer categories, but same patient, MRN, birth, race, gender, demographic, etc. I am the one suffering doing double work unnecessarily. It should be only one database with all the elements. Do I have to write manually SQL in the query to do union so it updates the database #2? Thank you.

Sir. I have a single table database having five forms for each person. Each form has a field "Total". I want to create another form in which there will be a text box which would display the grand total taking all 5 individual totals from those five forms.
