Moved to London for a year and went back to France. I think I never cried as much in my entire life than when I left the city. I totally feel the same about London as you do it's just a magic place

Mimi, so glad you could follow your heart and move to London!! :) if you don't want to walk so much, or if you're going to far off places, I suggest you use the underground tubes. It's really easy to learn how to use the Oyster cards for the tube, and it's much cheaper than a taxi. I was on holiday in London for a week in May with my family, and we would either walk or use the tube, because it's so convenient! Someday I wish to live in London, too, because I just fell in love with it! :)

I feel the same about London, ever since I went there at age 7!!! I feel your excitement, it's the same exact feeling every year when I visit :) there is SOOOO much to see :D Glad you made the move...hopefully I'll find the courage and take the leap too - and soon!

Mimi that's so exciting. When you were trying to explains how you felt about London and how it makes you feel is exactly how Florence, Italy made me feel. I lived there for three weeks this summer and absolutely fell in love and it just fit. I felt at home which I didn't expect since it was my first time even in Europe. Next month I'm moving to LA. To live on campus at UCLA and I'm super excited for this next step in my life but now Florence has my heart! I need to live there at some point.
Congrats to both you and Alex. I love that you're so bold and fearless (I'm sure you have fears, but that you don't allow them to hinder your life). I'm someone who clings to my comfort zones, but that's something I've been working on the last couple years and with practice, I'm learning to be more adventurous. We only get one life, no use in wasting it. :-)

you seem so excited!! when I was 12 me and my family moved to London very spontaneous just like you did we didnt have anything no permanent house no school no jobs, but that was the fun part and I can honestly say that that was the most amazing 2 years of my life. Everything worked out and my parents go the most amazing jobs and house, and I grow so much as a person. I am planning to move back when i start uni.
This is amazing! So happy for you and Alex. I think this is going around! My husband and I are moving to Florida! We're currently in Orange County, California. We are both originally from Hawai'i. Friends of ours are moving to Hawai'i also! So many people moving :) it's great to experience new places. I love traveling! Who knows where we'll be in the next 5 years or so. I think its awesome that you found a place you love and just moved there! I feel like every time I have moved in the past it has been because I was forced to move by circumstances. I would love to someday be able to just say "I like it there - I'm going!"
