I'm a carrier player and I think the new carrier rework is fun and nice I don't exactly have to worry about being deplaned and the aircraft fuel meter makes sense. Plus the AA seems to be a little more aggressive too (tho that might just be me)
@@LJSkywalker I've played battleship and cruisers and I know carriers are terrifying to go against, but life ain't fair. Ina real war carriers are the ace in the hole they turn the tides of battles.
As my experience as an arborist I've learned that the internet Telecom guys are the laziest technicians in the field they hardly do their job right and they take forever to do it
@@Like2trip unfortunately there's no way to separate the spotting mechanics into a separate mode I believe. Otherwise they would've have done that. My guess is the base code for spotting can't be split between modes. So they had to roll it out game wide when they did. So this is essentially a live test
This update has killed what little bit of fun was left in the game. Might as well call it 'World of aircraft carriers'now. Subs will arrive soon, mark my words. Last update ill ever play and I'm only playing it because I purchased backing. Never again.
Idk why everyone is crying about carriers. In my experience anyone paying attention and autistically turning one direction can mess up your entire run. Seriously, I feel like I play a different game to y’all major cry babies. They aren’t that good if you’re paying attention. I’ve never gotten above 50k damage before the patch and it’s much harder now that most of the planes received a 50% damage reduction. Y’all are smoking that good ganja begging for these changes
Someone got 500k damage in a cv the day the update dropped. PG has a game where he got 398k damage in the hakuryu. Carriers are completely overpowered now and the one smoking something is you.

Ive been playing Friesland all day with full AA build ... its fun ...lol I like the fact that carriers cant spot anymore like they used to which makes DD´s more effective again in carrier games when it comes to capping. They can still blip dd´s on the map so BB´s can see where the enemy DD´s are so it still serves a purpose to spot DD´s with a carrier. They definitely have some tweaking to do though.
Be careful because I find it easier to hit DD's now! As a CV player I have almost no incentive to waste time and fuel spotting for my team with the new mechanics. In fact farming damage all day is the new incentive with these changes. I got a Kraken already with Midway.
@@elpatricco1 Not really ... 95 % of the cv captains cant even hit a barn if it was standing right in front of them and im pretty good at evading the better ones ...

I usually don't comment, but today I will. The cv rework is absolutely garbage. I've been here since the game dropped over 5 years. This is by far the worst thing they have done. Obviously, there is no testing and I hope they fix it real fast and anyone that thinks this is good for the game don't know chit
There has been testing, the super testers have been “Testing” these carriers for the past 3 Months its just there input is hardly taken into consideration it seems
@agux0 I was told by another cc that the super testers as u call it only test for bugs and they don't test ships what I was told so I don't know but I definitely can believe what ur saying
@MattttMan they have unlimited planes. How is that fewer drops? I was watching a Aron and he has video that he was getting from another cc that shot down 83 planes, and the carrier still had planes so not sure how that's less drops just saying not attacking you. So I wouldn't call that dramatic
@@ACErob-me9ss it's the first day, it is dramatic The fuel makes it so you usually only get 1 drop each strike group launched, maybe 2 Being honest, they need to be tweaked. But their concept is so much better than before
Pgrapidz put out a game in hakuryu where he did 390k damage… 30k in a single torpedo run against a gk. Personally had 10k done to my Friesland by 2 Saipan torpedoes… they need to do a few nerfs as a few ships are a bit too spicy atm…
I watched the same PG game. TBH the DD play was rubbish on the red team. They just had to spot properly and PG goes down with half the damage he eventually did. It’s a bit gimmicky atm but CV players are just chasing ridiculous damage numbers but to do it they have to push forward. It’s all or nothing play. The game evolves and the CVs will be countered more as people realise taking an aggressive CV player out early is a big step towards winning.
Looks good miffed they have seven Provence's I'd have preferred de reyter doormans flagship, but let's hope Dutch line arrives soon cruisers and destroyers fine addition to the game
I have seen three games cv and 8 dds within 2hrs. Crazy day. :) As for BBs, if any carrier wants to kill you now, 90 percent that they will. AA build will only słów this down. As carriers have to move closer I have observed a growing number of sniping BBs from the backline to prevent being harassed by planes. Idk if that helps as I only play dds. Good luck out there!
On the xbox the warhammer commander were in the Xbox store they were in a bundle of two and they were 50 Canadian dollars each but there’s a discount that last for two days so i got them all i wanted Arthas and Reigerwald and now i have them
I haven’t played yet, I was excited about Wichita and the warhammer commanders. I was going to spend abit of $$$ But hearing carriers are now more powerful, as well as xDefiant coming out and call of the wild releasing a new insane map, maybe my warships career is done 😢
