Hope You would be recovered very soon from Gallbladder surgery! I have had a hiatal hernia (5cm width) surgery 13 days ago , I still have pain but less than 1week! I am really feeling optimistic now when I watch your videos because the Doc easies the operation while the pain was much worse than I imagine! Regarding Pain & cramps, how much time it would take based on your experience ?
Hello, thanks for the update and good to know that the TIF is doing its job after your gall bladder removal. Also interesting to know that the TIF and hernia surgery was much more challenging when it came to recovering in comparison to your gall bladder surgery. From 1 to 10 where 1 is no pain and 10 is extreme pain what score would you give your cTIF surgery and how much would you score your gall bladder surgery?
TIF was probably a 3... maybe. and gallbladder maybe a 2. My pain tolerance is pretty high I think though. I did not take any pain medication for either Procedure. I only took Tylenol and I took tylenol less often For the gallbladder surgery than for the hernia and TIF. I had pain During both procedures but the hernia repair was a bit worse. The dietary restrictions were significantly more troublesome and difficult to handle compared to the gall bladder. I would go through the gallbladder surgery 10 times if I had to compared to the dietary restrictions on the hernia and TIF. In my opinion, the dietary restrictions were the worst part of that process, by far!!!!!!
Glad to hear that...could u tell me what haital hernia you had? Which level was? Could u tell me what symptoms u had? And if u had symptoms was it temporary? Or u had it all the day?
3cm hiatal hernia. Nausea, water brash, throat burn, sour water taste, excessive phlegm, etc. A lot of the common reflux symptoms. Mine were more LPR than heart burn though. Symptoms were present 90% of the day, everyday.
@@frank_umm the doctor told me I have 1cm but i really don't know if I consider to be diagnosed haital hernia..let me tell u my symptoms if u don't mind. I don't feel at all hunger or full stomach..I have strange pain near from the middle at left side of sternum but the pain is on the cartridge and when I touch it I feel pain..the stomach suppos to be under the diphuram..I don't know...I always feel nausea all the time..same degree even if I ate or not..one of the doctor told me ur symptoms are becuz of inflammation u had on ur stomach not becuz of 1cm These days I have like lil burn in my throat and it always there alongside with nausea..but I feel lil bit better every day I pass..and the pain is always increased whenever I moved alot..

Everything is relatively normal. I do lift weights and could run, yes. I don't run because I don't like it but I could. I am careful with a lot of what I do but other than feeling the pressure in the stomach, occasionally, I feel normal

@@frank_umm of course it sucked having a hiatal hernia and crippling reflux and other symptoms, aswell as going through recovery from surgery. But atleast you are better now and learned to be more careful so you are less likely to develop hernias or injures in the future. I wish you all the best for the future and be well!
Do you have to get the tif or lynx? Can't you just repair the hurnia? I have a hiatal hurnia, got it right after my inguianal hurnia surgery (both sides) I guess i have week connective tissue :/ Like your videoes :)
I think it was 1 hour but I had a dual procedureso different for me. Cannot say for sure as I was was having surgery and they didn't let me keep my watch. 🤣 Google search can probably tell u better than I can
I have 2 cm sliding hiatial hernia,but the lpr is the thing that bothers me most as it affects my breathing, did this happen with you and can you breathe normally now.Thanlyou.
I feel normal now. No real issues. I do have a messed up nose (deviated septum) which I think causes me breathing and sleeping issues but as for lpr/acid reflux, those issues are gone
