UPDATE Judge Boyd Defendant's AMAZON WAREHOUSE PRANK GONE WRONG! Today we are in Judge Boyd’s courtroom with 3 hearings where the defendant is facing 10 years in prison. As a BONUS I have included several of his hearings starting in September 2023 where he had made threats at his Amazon Warehouse job. I know it is a bit long but stay with it because it has some very interesting content! Also, there is a current update at the end.

Notice the state didn't even object when the judge rejected her reccomendation. Or counter offer for even a lower amount of prison time or jail time. OR just straight probation. I usually don't like this lawyer. I've seen him a few times on these videos. He does a lot of butt kissing and building up his clients no matter what they've done. He usually doesn't represent them once they get in trouble on probation but when he does still represent them he minimizes their probation violation. He's always just rubbed me wrong. I do understand his job is to put his clients in the best light for the court I just don't like it that much. I will say in this case he did a good job representing his client when that police supervisor that was completely clueless was called the testify. He dismantled him but that was probably pretty easy considering how unprepared that supervisor was.

Judge Boyd is known for being strict, but she is also fair and impartial. She represents the idea of equal justice, which is rare in most courts. Unlike other Judges, who often see defendants as hopeless cases, Judge Boyd genuinely cares about the people she deals with and wants to help them improve. Her approach is a great example of how a Judge should fulfill their duties. It's unfortunate that many Judges are biased and unfair, treating defendants as a burden on society, which contributes to high rates of repeat offenses. Thank you for the great effort you put into this case, as well as others! Your updates and explanations are accurate and easy to understand. I also appreciate that you don't speak over the videos, unlike some others. It's also horrible that it becomes a self-feeding loop because of the social media algorithms. You don't even have to search for something because your phone is literally listening to your conversations. So you could harmlessly be talking about mass shootings and all of the sudden the algorithm start suggesting videos and links for mass shootings. Yesterday I made a modification to my zero-turn mower. I didn't do any research, didn't look anything up online, nothing. Didn't even have my phone when I did it. I literally screwed a piece of wood on the exhaust of the cutting deck. I just wanted to see if it would reduce the dust and grass being blown into my face by the wind. When I finish mowing, my wife made a comment that I wasn't anywhere near as dirty as I usually am. I told her what I did in the same room as my phone. This morning I I opened RU-vid and the number one video in my feed was a guy screwing a board onto the exhaust deck of his zero turn mower. It wasn't just randomly in the suggested videos. It was the number one video the first time I opened up RU-vid after that conversation with my wife.

She is one awesome judge. I am surprised that the family needs an interpreter. When working at a job how can there be communication (they need interpreters?). My family came to this country, not speaking the language, however we were very intent about learning the language without giving up our Hungarian language.

3:50 I think psycho, wannabe amazon shooter here should have gone to prisoner for 10 years. I'm not sure the defense's anti-cop courtroom candor is going to impress Judge Boyd. She's pro-military and constantly rules in ways that favor them. I am sure she feels the same for cops. This cop works at a Fusion Center as a supervisor. He's not in the field. He's not an average cop. He won't have the small details.

That's why you're not judge Boyd. She's right about him so far. If you want to see her go hard in the paint, watch her preside over a chomo case. They always get 75%+ of the cap.

Judge Boyd judges with the wisdom of Soloman simply because she cares... She seeks justice for both the accused and the State. She's no pushover or bleeding heart, she demands work, accountability, and reform. If all judges were like her there would be fewer in prison and a lot less crime.

Who jokes about doing a mass shooting? Is human life so lacking in value? This kid buys a weapon and makes “jokes” about mass shooting. He desperately needs psychiatric help and permanent ban on owning a weapon. Everyone is fawning over how wonderful he is and missing the point. I think, given time, he may have acted out. EDIT: The judge was right on! Read my mind. I was very concerned about his mental state.

I remember the beginning of this..... and thinking he was just being stupid.... but how could you be sure? Thinking that maybe if he'd said something like that to me, it might have passed over my head. Then I thought what if he said something like that to my granddaughter (5 of them are working now) and my perspective was very different indeed. I'm glad she gave him a chance and I'm very glad it wasn't my decision to make 😊

So unprepared… no explanation, no paper work, no facts at his fingertips, zero info, didn’t know who his officers have spoken to about what… typical bureaucrat pencil pusher! Wish this young man all the best. He is very lucky. He has gotten a second chance for a very stupid choice.

She's backing herselfup with aggressive probation. That way if he does do something in the future they can't say she tries. But I don't understand why he has to have an interpreter when he dropped out of school in the 9th grade. Probably to make sure he understood everything in his own language, can't come back and say he didn't understand..
