(For example: if you want doors to open like the storm doors on the side or the outside basement elevator door to open)...also, if you want electricity or anything like that will add to the price! You have to remember that these are made by 1 person and not a factory. They probably start at about $300-$500 and go up from There.... This one that Boog had built was probably more like $500 (plus). Another thing to remember is that these are miniature “works of art” and looking at these pieces as art should put your mind right at ease and think to yourself that $600 or $700 or even $1000 is *_“SUCH A GREAT DEAL!”* for a kick ass, *ONE OF A KIND* (a piece that NO ONE ELSE has or ever will have) piece of this creators art....... This creators passion and Soul!! - so price most likely starts at about $400 and up for something this size) ** *FINAL NOTE:* ** •• Go on the computer (Instagram) and ask Kris how much it would cost to make one!! It’s not very “couth” to ask someone in front of everyone how much money he paid for something. It’s just kind of embarrassing and could make someone feel weird.
