Sorry to be so off topic but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost my password. I would love any tips you can give me!
@London Leighton thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Hey, I'm a new reefer and was wondering if you were able to link all the products you use to make your zoas look beautiful in your description. I have a singular rasta frag right now to test my hand and really want to make sure they do the best they can. I'd also love some sweet tooths if you still have them
Try using Saliferts Iodide test. I have also tried iodine tests by Seachem and Red Sea but Salifert is the most accurate when I compared all three results to an ICP test and also much easier to perform. To be honest the other tests are so unreliable those companies should be ashamed of themselves.
I have kept a tank of freshwater brackish water salt water or reef tank every day for the past 35 years about five years ago I saw my house I was waiting on the closing on my new place so I had to give all my stuff away including my beautiful reef tank to my point talking about iodine is my understanding that iodine dissympathies out of the water therefore in my roof tank are used to those one drop for every 5 gallons daily I am not ready again to set up another reef no more big tanks for me I don’t have the room in my new place please advise on the iodine and what side does in too much
Great looking aquarium I wish my zoa's. Were this good looking? I am on my fourth or fifth zoa colony. And they all died. But my green mushrooms Or doing fine. And I think I have Acorn Coral that are doing good, too. For some odd reason zoa's Or not you doing good at all. Even my green star polyps. They've always been the same exact size from day one if never gotten any bigger.
@@CandyCoralAquatics my parameters are ph 8.0, temp 79.1, salinity 1.025, alk 0.76=3.8/10.6 kha, calcium 0.95=475, magnesium 0.68=1360, the only thing I do is 3 drops of lugol's solution a week, and my light's is what everyone calls the China black box, my Phosphate 2.50 ppm, Nitrate/ NO2/ 0 ppm, Nitrite/NO3/ 10 ppm, Ammonia 0.25 ppm,I have a 55 gallon aquarium I also do a 30 gallon water changes every 2 to 3 weeks and I have to add about 5 gallon of new ro-di water to top off in between the weeks
BALD8BIL you have a nutrient issue, how old is the tank? The fact that you have phosphate over 1.0 tells me there’s some serious nutrients in the tank. Also having 0 nitrate is bad and having nitrite and ammonia tells me the tank is still trying to cycle itself. Nitrite and ammonia should be 0. Are you using 0-5 tds RO water? How many fish in the tank? I would dose some Dr tims one and only live nitrifying bacteria to help your tank cycle. Do you have any algae in the tank? Also you need to run some phosphate removal media, what’s your filtration like? Mushrooms like really dirty water but they are pretty much the only thing that will grow in a tank like that with the exception of some soft corals, but for fish and other coral it’s very bad
@@CandyCoralAquatics my tank is two and a half years old. I have seven fish in it. I do have phosphate remover. That I am running and my son. My Rodi water is 0 I have also had that checked. From my local saltwater Store and it has come back as 0. I am starting to get green hair algae on a couple of my rocks. It's about the half inch long in a couple spots. I also use filter socks that I replace. Once a week That's how long it takes to get dirty where I need to replace it. I also use carbon to keep my water. Clear
