I had a battledore insertion placenta with my second baby. Which is basically what you described. His cord was attached off the side not in the middle… he was born at 10 pounds 3 ounces so that boy was getting all the nutrients and I give glory to God alone! Praying for you 3!💛

You are going to give birth to a beautiful baby, healthy, baby girl. I had a bilobed placenta with velamentous cord insertion - similar risks as what you have and had to do growth scans and stress tests every 4 weeks too! I had a c-section at 39 weeks because she was also breech, and my baby girl was born without complications and is a healthy 6 year old! Praying for a healthy pregnancy and delivery for you!!

I’m pregnant now and just had my ablation procedure for the same thing in March before getting pregnant. It was very simple and easy recovery and i have not had any problems since the procedure! Praying for you!! 🤍

I had basically the same thing Soph has. It was called supervintricular tachycardia, it took YEARS to get diagnosed. I got a cardiac ablation at 16 last may. I was SUPER nervous, but it was the BEST thing i have ever gotten done.

I had a marginal insertion and my son came out perfect! Very healthy and he got all the nutrients he needed. We had no idea it was like that until AFTER he was born! Praying for y’all 🫶🏻🥰

I have 4 daughters, my second born had marginal insertion and the cord was also kind of gapped where it was attached to the placenta. We didn’t know any of this until she was born 🙃 she was a healthy 9 lb 5 oz chunker, and now she’s a sweet, happy, healthy 10 year old! Praying for y’all through this journey, God’s hand is on you and im praying for his grace to surround and carry you! 🙏🏼💗
