Update on the York AC 

Since the end of the cooling season is quickly approaching and I was checking the filter on the 2023 York HVAC system at work, I decided to shoot an update video since my last video from June showed the system freezing up.
Despite my initial thought, the system didn't have a leak. The technician thought it was the TXV on the evaporator coil, but changing it out didn't make any difference. (I think he said there may have been an obstruction in the evaporator?)
After replacing the entire evaporator, the system has been cooling great. In cooling mode, the York outperforms the old 1994 Lennox it replaced. The York is much quieter in both heat and cool, despite being their lower-end/"budget" equipment. (The furnace is a single-stage 95% with ECM blower; AC is a three-phase, single-stage 13 SEER unit with an LG scroll compressor.)
