The collection in other people's tiles is very very useful, like you I was also stunned by the quick equip, I don't understand what the purpose of such a function, which puts random gear.
yeah the only thing it cares about is making a full set :D It will remove even 4 gold items to give you a full purple set. Sry but this way they could have just as well not implement a quick equipment. If you do it, do it right Devs
For the equipments set, they must allow us to save 2 different equipments type for each commander and equip any of them as needed, without reducing the commanders health during the switch
No way, why not make presets like they do on hundreds of other games and like we've been asking for months? if it has to be like this, I prefer not to have this function at all, because if I press it by mistake it changes my equip randomly and makes me lose fight ajajajaja
While the update on the workshop mechanics is most welcomed, I think the devs will need to give it another spin. With this update and the usage of Tactical Forts, one doesn't have much reason to move the settlement around the map, however if your faction is being massacred, then it's very probable you get uprooted once and again. That has been my case and other player in my faction for the last 2 weeks. That also means our rival took all the good tiles and we are gasping for some resources income. The need to have a path to your settlement to activate the "Efficient Operation" on workshops, the thing that makes them valuables cause before nobody was using them, is incompatible with a settlement that's being moved around. So, the ones who will desperately need to use this feature, are the ones that get them denied by the circumstances. Top alliances probably don't care much about workshops since they are taking 200-300s since day one. If you have a way to get this reach the LOTR's devs, please share this concern.
Quick Equip was not what any player was hoping for, it is actually worse for the game than without it. Why? Because there will be a number of new or low game IQ players assuming that the selection is a best optimisation for the commander. It will not encourage those players to research their own selection through player created guides. I'm shocked that this went live as it only says to me and others that the devs haven't a clue how to play the game. Any average player can see from a first use that this feature is beyond useless. I am at least hoping a backlash forces the hand of devs to provide a quick select based on player chosen pre-sets but...we will see.
Yes the system is: 1-manually unequip all the gear from commander N.1 each time. 2- Have 0 items in inventory 3- Use quick equip on the N2 commander. In practice you have to do a thousand other things to make one work, which make everything else more inconvenient, and at the same time you still have to manually unequip all the pieces of equipment from commander 1. All the other updates are good as I said, but this one is not very functional.
Isint easier just change item by item and search for the commander alreardy using that gear you want? ( they will be on top of itens to replace anyways )
