My head unit TS10 was on Android 13. I got notification that update is available., so I did the system and MCU update online. The update was done successfully, but now my head unit shows Android 10!! What can I do?

una radio mala , yo me compré una de 6 gb RAM y me ha dado muchos problemas en mi coche CITROEN C5 HDI RD III. Problema tras problema, se bloquea mucho, la traducción del idioma en el menú es muy mala. Necesitas contraseñas para configuración básica que sólo el vendedor tiene. Los mandos del volante no son totalmente funcionales. Al instalar esta radio pierdes los sonidos nativos de los sensores en cada altavoz del coche funcionando unicamente un pitido ridículo ubicado en el cajetín del CAN-BUS. No te funciona la opción del gps en la consola central del volante TE APARECERÁ UNA OPCIÓN QUE DICE... GPS no detectado. A mi ayer se me ha estropeado del todo despues de que el vendedor me enviase una actualización para reparar los problemas que tenía. Ahora estoy intentando hacer un SP FLASH TOOL con mi ordenador, claro tengo que desmontar la radio entera y tener conocimientos de este tipo.
