if you have $$$ and like vibes and things to do, newport beach is #1, followed by laguna beach, costa mesa, parts of huntington, irvine, tustin, san clemente depending on what you’re looking for and how far you’re willing to drive for some things, they all have their own things to offer. pretty much all of south OC is the best place! 😊

Laguna is #1 you transplant. South OC is too far from things to do and LA for jobs. Also, as an Irvine resident, Irvine is north OC - same with Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. All cities that existed before North and South county even existed (older cities).

I grew up in Mission Viejo, lived in Ladera Ranch, and now live in Laguna Niguel. I’ve only ever lived in South County. 😄

Thanks for the video. After five months of living in Irvine here are some thoughts. Lots of Persians here. I knew it was Asian dominated, but was surprised by the strong Persian presence. You even see protests for "Free Iran" every weekend. My work involves a lot of driving, and I do not like the roads here. So nicely paved and kept, but the speeds are too high for the amount of times you stop. There isn't an urban sprawl problem here, so I guess it's a trade-off. They did poorly design the plazas, though. Like where Stonefire Grill is on Barranca. What a dangerous lot that is.

Voters are doing a great job of moving the muslim enemy into ALL of the muslim enemy countries... What could go wrong with that????

It’s not what it was when I grew up in the 50’s and 60’s. There were orange groves everywhere much less people and traffic. Now the cost of living here including housing is sky high!

Yes you’re right I still live in the double lot ranch style house I was gifted from my parents that was built around orange groves. Then they got rid of all the orange groves to build tract homes. I also remember going to San Diego on a weekend afternoon and there was never any traffic
