Never deliver a VIP AGAIN. Go in passive mode BEFORE entering your nightclub. And you will automatically receive a kick out a troublemaker mission. No, you can't farm it for popularity repeatedly BUT it always guarantees a throw out troublemaker mission. YOU'RE WELCOME.

You don’t need to regain popularity every in game day to maximize profits. If you start from full popularity you will gain 50k in 48 minutes if you wait another 48 minutes it will still give you 50k it’s only if you wait for a 3rd time that it will decrease down to 45k so there is no point to immediately gain popularity after just one in game day. On a side note, if you enter the nightclub with passive mode active, you will always get a troublemaker to kick out and get a free 10k as long as you wait at least 48 minutes before doing it again.
Came here to say the same thing. Huge time saver and always works 100% I usually top up the popularity bar after 3 48 minute sessions since you're only missing out on $5k. Will probably have to switch that up this week because it's double money and gives out $100k instead of $50k. Therefore the safe fills much faster
Just to add an addendum to the section about the Nightclub Goods. You can also unlock Cargo and Shipments just from having a Hangar as well, without needing a Special Cargo Warehouse
Yes this is a good shout and It's vice versa. You will unlock Cargo & Shipments if you own either a Hangar OR Special Cargo Warehouse. You do not need both.
Rebooking DJ tip: Always use your computer in the warehouse to rebook a DJ, you will skip the cutscene plus you wont spawn in the middle of the dance floor.
Idk if it’s a bug I doubt it because it’s been happening for as long as I remember but switching DJs NEVER did anything for me I heard it was pose to boost the popularity but that never happens
Never rebook. Just got into passive mode before you enter and throw out trouble maker. Cost you zero money and didn't require you to travel 10 minutes across the map. And you get $10k. Don't spend $10k.
Me having a full Nightclub with every bells and whistles .. watching is video as its the first time. Really good video TGG. You are a good explainer. This is also good for experienced players. Just a bit of refresh.
To clarify: The easiest way to keep your popularity maxed out is to go to your nightclub every 2 hours I would say, but before you enter, quit CEO or MC and then enable passive mode. This will ensure that you get the troublemaker event in the nightclub which only requires you to press one button to do, rather than the drunken VIP missions which is boring af and takes a loooot longer.
I think it was a bit much but only cause of the sounds. Maybe not all of them need to make noise? Definitely visually pleasing tho but I tend to be more of an audio listener on RU-vid nowadays

Great Video, way better than the old Guide. Was looking for a sell vehicle Guide for a while now. Finally you included them but didnt say too much about it. What I learned from experience is: - you dont need the middle size vehicle (never bought it) -you will sell With the small vehicle, as Long as you only have one bar of Product, If you have more, you will use the bis Truck (Bus it before) -if you are selling in Public Lobbys for extra pay, the big truck is actually fairly Safe If you Upgrade it completely. It Tanks a Lot and is able to defend With mines and rockets
TGG love ya but there's some stuff left out here First is an opinion, Strawberry is the best location, if you often play public lobbies. It's position is prefect for two of the major business battles. The ones that have 8 crates in them. Can't remember the location names, think one is like Roger's scrap yard, the other is an incinerator or something. Next, if your going to use switching DJ's to raise popularity, do it from either the basement or the master control terminal (arcade). Reason being, if you do it from your nightclub office, you'll have to go through a cutscene. If done from the other places, you can just rebook back and forth. When entering your nightclub in passive mode, you ONLY get kick out of nightclub mission, never drive a vip mission. This is honestly the best way to keep up popularity. And lastly, you only need to raise your popularity ever third in game day. From max popularity, you'll get 50k in the 1st and 2nd day. In the 3rd you'll get 45k from the decrease. So it's best (time wise) to go to your nightclub when it has 145k, enter passive, kick someone out and collect the 145k. Reason you collect them is the safe can only hold 250k, so by the next third day you come back to collect, your safe will be maxed and you'll have lost out on some profit. Btw just a tip for new players u don’t need the mule if u have pounder it will sell anything bigger then speedo it’s faster then the mule as well since the mule is the slowest sell vehicle
MC businesses going on sale before the nightclub double money was clutch, now I have them all to optimize my nightclub and im gonna make bank this week for doing absolutely nothing!
Some important info, there's no reason to max your popularity every 48 minutes, whenever you see the notification popup that the safe is at 100k (200k this week with 2x money) return then, it'll still make max money until that point.
Few tips from experienced player: 1. Never buy Mule Custom. It's the slowest delivery vehicle and you don't need it to sell. You will be selling either with Speedo Custom (Van) which is best in terms of speed and control OR Pounder Custom which is still faster than Mule Custom. 2. Upgrade your delivery vehicles to maximum. Max armor is able to withstand many explosions. Before Lazer cannon was nerfed I was able to withstand one spray in fully upgraded Pounder Custom and this truck is kinda big. So again, you will have a pretty good armor once it is upgraded. 3. Pounder Custom is heavy and has a slow acceleration. So be careful driving it, do first sell missions with it in private lobby to get used to it. It can stuck easily, especially with the plow in the front, also it cannot go under some bridges with missiles turret. 4. Mines are very good to protect you during sell missions. No one can lock on you when you selling Nightclub so mk2 griefers usually go close to the ground to shoot you. And it's so satisfying and funny to destroy them with mines. 5. Once you do first sell missions in a private lobby to get used to the mechanics of missions and vehicles - sell in public lobbies. 50% on top of your sell is a very nice bonus and I cannot resist it. You are still safe - no one can lock on you, there is always 1 sell vehicle, it's good armored and has weapons if you upgraded it. Just activate Ghost Org when needed, if things go wrong - change the lobby. With almost full stock you lose only half of your coke stock. Sometimes when I switched lobby I didn't lose anything. You can also sell as minimum as you like - $2500 worth of weed just to see how it works. So you won't regret losing it.

@@musachaudhary6687 Unfortunately you cannot sell it or get rid of it somehow. Well, only if you create another character, transfer all money to it and delete your current one. But you will lose all your businesses and properties.
9:10 - I just wanna add, for those who do have them, doing the daily stash houses has a CHANCE to refill these other businesses, it’s another passive way to filling it up without running back and forth it to. Trust me before you know it those other businesses will be full. Stash houses are convenient if you have multiple businesses and/or working on another business, and yes they can give you weapon or acid supplies too.
Quick question; if I am selling Meth and Cocaine to the street dealers, then does that take away from the Nightclub Warehouse stock? I saw that I lost some stock the other day and I believe selling to the street dealers was the reason for that.
@@jglewis27 no it shouldn’t. Meth lab does not affect the nightclub warehouse stock, 2 operations are separate despite being linked indirectly. The stock management is independent.
To guarantee kick out trouble maker, just go in passive mode and enter through the garage entrance, not the main walk-in entrance. Works 100% of the time for me and saves so much time compared to the driving one.
13:13 it’s actually better to sell when your CC, SAI, and PR fill up (one or all). Once they stop generating, you’ll loose money past that point by trying to save on Tony’s max cut. It also doesn’t pay to move techs from the top five earning business, to the other two lower ones, when the first five have maxed out. Ideally you’re going to end up selling at around 950 to 1 mil.
Guys I’m gonna share this secret which I really hope they don’t patch. Please like so TGG sees and it goes round the community. After you get 200k in your safe (this week) 100k usually. Go into passive then go into the nightclub garage and get up the steps to the office then you should 100% of the time get a kick out troublemaker rather and 0% deliver the VIP.
@@johnsmiths256 you get to bet maximum 50k when you play black jack if you win you get 100k if you loose close the the game before it saves also make sure to save when you win that’s how you build up the money . I would advice doing this while on you tube or listening to a podcast it’s gonna be a lot of closing the game and starting.

Do the First and Last Dose missions from Dax to win a free car and the ACID LAB, very newbie friendly business, and it lets you speed up production every day, so you can enjoy the game without grinding like crazy.
Entering the nightclub in passive mode still works if you go in the loading bay entrance and you only seem to get a trouble maker no vip escort mission.

been playing for over 5 years and my nightclub has been raided but it has only happed a very few times, think about 3 and if I remember correctly this was only because I was doing a full day grinding out special cargo creates as a CEO in the same lobby, I do have the security but not sure it would matter much if I didn't. it's nice having an NPC in your loading bay / parking garages protecting your vehicles :)
I've been raided a few times, but it's super rare. Like maybe 3 times in the past year and it's been my main source of revenue for a while. All the security upgrade does is double the raid timer that gets triggered when your stock goes above a certain percent.
Most of the "nightclub raids" that very few remember happening are actually the English Dave missions, where he calls you to tell you VIPs have been abducted

one thing i don’t understand, do you have to resupply these businesses so that they make money through the night club. also do the upgrades you can buy for the businesses affect how much money they make through the nightclub
As far as I know, the upgrades you have on your specific businesses (bunker, coke etc.) does not affect how much your technicians gain you. However I’ve noticed that if a business has low stock or low supply then your technicians will gain less goods for that business for your nightclub. So my advice is to keep all your other businesses (coke, meth, cash, bunker, hangar/warehouse) running by buying supplies and selling stock, or if you can’t be bothered to do that just keep a high amount of supply and stock for each business, hope this helps

I have all businesses and the Nightclub became like the backbone of me making money, and i'm making a lot of money now without struggle and without any Cayo Perico grind. Before the patch the nightclub was like "this nice extra million every few days" and making money was long grind or a long wait, Rockstar actually improved something for once, that's amazing.

Don’t sell all your goods in invite only, do it in public servers because you get more money per player i think. So it’s more worth it and if you get griefed just close ur game and do the sell mission again.
I am with you I have never had my warehouse raided but I always had the upgrade but I have a friend that had his warehouse raided and he had the upgrade
Always sell in full public lobbies. You’ll get a FAT bonus. Bro it’s easy, max armor, countermeasures and weapons make this extremely durable. Plus ghost organization and off the radar gives you 4 minutes of stealth AND that’s more than enough time to complete the sale. It would be foolish to not sell in full lobby and miss out on a huge bonus.

Does it matter if I have upgraded the hangar and the bunker to get products faster in the night club? Bc it looks like I'm getting the products of my fully upgraded other 3 way faster. Or does this not have any impact on how fast I get the products in my nightclub?

It's not that much of a trouble delivering the VIP's. It takes max 3-4 minutes (it's pretty chill). If you have already bought the top 2 Nightclubs it is a piece of cake. I've been doing that alot - You just need to drive a car that's it.
Selling in lobbies of 25 players or more is definitely worth the risk. Same with the acid lab. These vehicles are hard to grief with rockets and come with good mines.
I make the most with the salvage yard special cargo and nightclub so honestly I got it going on compared to when I was level 80 I used to grind cryo heist but this is effortlessly between the safes and just going to each warehouse and having the attendant just source for me and exporting goods from the CEO office I make like 200-500k per hour depends on what Im grinding that week where I'm at with clucking bell heist and stealing cars for the salvage yard just literally bs around and I make bank

6:55 If you don’t want to escort the VIP home you can just go down to the warehouse part of your night club and go back up, once you do that you should get a new trouble maker instead. Ofc you may have to go up and down a few times till you get the trouble maker one of it doesn’t work the first time . I hope this made sense in some way P.S This works on PS5 not 100% sure about other gaming platforms 😅

Does the stock fill up while we're doing any activity, like missions, heists and races, or only during free mode? I have every upgrade, but still it takes so damn long to fill up. If I want to sell a full warehouse, it takes weeks to fill up, is that normal?
50k from pop 10k from troublemaker/vip Yohan source cargo (random not maxed out type) Use earning to get biker club and one biker business Continue on earning unlock your next biker business and warehouse operator Upgrade as you see fit (equipment upgrade/more operators and businesses/storage) Congrats the nightclub is the best starter business Suggest the 3 substance businesses first to also get the daily street dealers at 80k each if you have everything they want 240-250k a day Free refill on one from stash house each day Recommend the bunker last since it can take up one of the free refills
Has anyone else had their nightclub stock just disappear? There’s times I’ll come back after not playing for a couple days and my stock will either be empty or completely different than how I remember leaving it
If you need money to get the ball rolling do the farm raid but save the second last set up by going into recently played jobs (having completed it preciously) from the online jobs menu and save it into a personal play list then complete it and then you can start the final hesit and repeat it every gta in game day 48 mins, best and easiest way to make money right now imo also complete the first dose and last dose missions to get the acid lab, if you save the money from completing the missions you can nearly buy the whole thing and save money just cost time.
Del Perrio has a freeway on and off ramp right accross the street from lot where the sell mission vehicles spawn and is on one of the easier routes North through the mountains. Time difference in my experience getting there and back compared to the North LS locations is almost non-existant.
two major tips, if your in passive mode before you enter the club it will ALWAYS give you the kick out mission instead of the driver mission, also as long as u disband your mc club or reitre from vip as soon as your done doing a sell mission or using the laptop, you will never get raided
Quick tip, if your nightclub does get raided or any business for that matter, you can just close application or ALT-F4 and assuming you do it quick enough it shouldn't affect how much stock you have
When most of your products are full and you have 1 lagging behind, you have 4 technicians not sourcing passively. So if you fill the special orders, your technicians can be always sourcing at their maximum potential and you wont be gradually losing passive sourcing power by just waiting for it to fill all the way
I've been using the Nightclub since it came out, and I think I have had stock for the special orders literally twice in that time - and the amount it pays can only be very slightly more than normal, I did a quick calculation and there didn't seem to be any difference. It is a great business, so easy to get money passively; and the sell missions are less boring than the other businesses too.
You can guarantee the troublemaker over the vip if you spawn in your nightclub, and immediately walk outside the front door, turn on passive mode, and walk back inside. He will always spawn when you pass the front bar. I'm not sure if you can do this repeatedly, but from what I've experienced, every time I joined a new solo lobby to TP to my Nightclub, I was able to do this. It's soooo much quicker and easier to kick out the troublemaker over driving the VIP, since they can sometimes make you drive them super far, and you have to drive super slowly
