Can you probably make a video changing the settings a bit so it’s not so hard getting used to it? Like changing the sensitivity a bit and stuff. Just so that I know that it won’t be so hard

I used a wireless controller & I followed everything you did, it seems like it only works on steam but it stops working once I launch the fortnite application through steam, i’m using a Mac laptop.

@@masonwagner9669 I reset all the Key binds to factory settings and it started working normally. I was ghetto rigging it for a while a certain step was making it work but it was a nuisance. When I reset it, and it started working 🤷🏽‍♀️

You really saved my ass man, I bought an £800 computer after having a switch for like 4 years so I could enjoy better graphics, but due to sbmm I got my ass kicked every match, I was considering quitting or going back to Switch, but now I actually have a chance, I'm still a bot, but I have a chance, so thanks lol. :D

Does anyone else have this problem where the Y button is ALWAYS pickaxe? I want the pickaxe button to be X but it just it just always stays as Y, so when I change Y to reload and interact, and X to pickaxe, it's like interact and reload doesn't exist and then both X and Y are pickaxe buttons. Pls help

for the rise demo, it's atrocious to use the nintendo layout. I use X to input a regular attack and my character uses a potion.

@@cameronishyvr5660 I think the biggest thing is making sure the epic games launcher is completely closed, you can find out by checking either the task manager or the little square box thing on your computers bottom right screen where your Bluetooth and volume usually are and hit close. The issue is the launcher opens itself up automatically on computer startup, so you need to close it and startup through steam directly

If anyone still having trouble I figure it out do not exit big screen just minimize it if you exit big screen it will no longer use the controller on fortnite or any game make sure you minimize it only I'm also using a third-party controller so it does work on that it's a after grow

So I recently followed the steps in this video and it worked great but the next day I tried to use the controller and Fortnite was detecting the controller as a keyboard instead of an actual controller. I’m not sure what to do anymore cause the controller doesn’t say “paired” anymore after several tries
