OMG! Whenever I design the spine for a book cover, I have to shrink the photo and It gets all warped and pixelated! I had no idea there was a way around that.

CAMBIT Creates Thanks I used to do Photoshop and didn’t remember any of the tricks I am a scrap booker and I want to put different size photos on one white background so I can print the pictures out and not have to pay an arm and a leg! Appreciate your help! I might be asking a few more!
You want to make a new project with the decisions (3x3 inches for example) then drag in your photo and shrink it to that size, that's the only thing I can think of. I'm sure there's a better way, might wanna try looking it up but look for a photoshop tutorial. The process should be very similar
