A bit of an experiment now that the update has been released, testing out the improved VNAV characteristics that now seem a fair bit more capable of following the profile, and a test of the RNAV /Final App modes. Note to self, next time ensure you are in an entirely "selected" mode, otherwise final app prompt will not display... note how it turned up only after I selected lvl chg.

HI! Really nice landing, I also often float when I land heh. I know it's way too late, but I was wondering if you've ever had a "throttle up" problem before. I have the a300-600(r)f in X-plane 11, I get to "ALT HOLD" and then arm profile, "P DES" in blue flashes, then the plane descends but it throttles up even with the 3-degree pushed on the approach page. I've seen another video where this happens but it doesn't really provide a solution. So I just go to manual thrust when I do an RNAV APP. Maybe it's normal but I'm new to the A300 family and I have no idea. Thanks for the video, and awesome graphics btw!

When I have profile descent on, the speed wants to drop to like 250 instead of something like 280-290 and this is happening when I’m still above FL210. Is that supposed to happen?

I had this previously and it recently stopped. I'm not exactly sure what triggers it but it might be to do with something in the descent page or the descent forecast. Unsure though..
