I just want to share a funny story with you. My Lepic build has always had only 14 shots, I've been using it since week 2, but I had a couple Catalysts left and nothing to do today, so I thought "I'm gonna make this build to have 16 to 18 shots", and I did, I spent my last 2 Catalysts, I have everything like you except my Max MP component has 8 less MP on it. I go to the lab to test it out, and can only fire 13 shots, no matter what I do. I start swearing, blaming frames on console, try my 14 shots build, which also has only 13 shots now. I swear some more, blame today's patch, something got broken, yet again, I check everything, double and triple check, and notice Duration isn't the issue, MP is. So I start thinking about what you could have different that you didn't mention in the video, what I did wrong, I check my Perforator, components, reactor, everything. I spent honestly 20 minutes wondering what was going on, only to realize I actually hadn't leveled up again after my last Catalyst. I was level 1 with 323 MP lol Mystery solved.
Thanks to your loot cave vid, I went and picked up a gold perf reactor fire/tech with gold colossus and tech rolls this morning in 4 laps around the mission. Ty!
Its so dumb to me that skill mods always debuff something else on your character. LIke firearm taking away your passive etc. So stupid. Why give me 3 greandes if the grenades do 1/3 of the damage etc.
Give a little take a little, it makes you readjust how you play the character, from a design perspective it makes a lot of sense, and gives each character more variance.

Im a lepic main since the beginning but i would suggest new people making lepic builds dont invest in glass cannon because it will shoot you in the foot for the later bosses after swamp walker and future team bosses they will come out with. Glass cannon lepic can fly through all solo bosses and plateaus at molten fortress
Lepic with a single HP mod can be the most versatile character. He can nuke bosses, CC mobbing and be very durable gun platform with his other mods. But all these clickbait glass cannon builds is just leaving him crippled to do anything else but solo bossing.
I'm genuinely confused. You want to abuse the cheat death, but it's on a 900 second cooldown with maximize power? how are we abusing a once a 15 minute ability? Fake death, but then die and have it reset? At that point you are still dying and not using the cheat death very well. Second point, you can use Maximize Duration with Firearm master. I have the exact same module setup as you but I have the skill mod M slotted totaling a perfect 85/85 with Dangerous Ambush and 3 cost Firearm Master. I find Firearm Master very very fun for mobbing, the range buff is amazing for the traction nade. What mobbing build are you worried about ruining? And Power Unit Change is also M slot so i have some flexibilty. I could understand taking Firearm Master off for group play where the boss cant get 1 tapped but then at the point the whole build should be changed. Put Dangerous Ambush for Maximize Power, maybe slot Focus on Tech for a crit, use Focus on Fire and Time Distribution for Enlightenment and use HP in the flex slot. Cheat death will still be on a long cooldown but it may proc twice in a fight.
yeah i talk about how you could use firearm master and max duration if you socket all of the slots, i emphasize this twice actually, i just dont wanna do that right now because of the other builds i run
@@Harmonic14 Increased efficiency is fun, but it's actually pretty bad. Locks you out of your guns, slows you down a lot. It's bad against high hp enemies, etc. I'm stuck to using it myself since my build lacks the 2nd M slot for the other mobbing build. I can feel it's INefficiency on a personal level. Better mobbing mod is the Regen Braking one for MP and then stacking cooldown. Nades, pull nades, ult every 20 seconds.
If you don’t pick firearm master you should try nerve infiltration. It don’t cancel second chance and you gain 30% instead of 20% skill power modifier from your 2. I know you lost the Burning part but if you look closely the burning statuts do damage only after your last shot. I don’t know why they make it like that but elemental statuts don’t proc when is apply only after the time they tick. for lepic each tick for the burning is 1s.
Sheeesh that's actually some food for thought. I almost forgot about Firearm Master removing the passive. I'm keen to try this out whenever they give us the catalyst changes! Great research bro 🔥🤝
This would make more sense if your Ulti cool down is shorter. what the point of having a second life if your ulti will still be on cool down. (since you have max power that a extra 50% CDR). I feel like it would be better to just die and self rest to get your cool down back.
@@Denneys88yea but most things are dead after that second res anyway if you didn’t get them in the first. Truthfully imo I do like your build but It’s not budget friendly I run a budget lepic with firearm master and only the catalyst slots he comes with and I don’t have a problem surviving. But if I build into him fully I really only see myself adding in crit mods to get the one phase kill on bosses 🤷🏾♂️
IDK if I'm understanding you or not, but you know you can slot more than one socket type on a slot, right? So you can slot that one on there, it'll jsut cost 2 catalysts if you have no slot there on your farming build. one for each type nad then choose between them on the tab below.
The swear the only ultimate character so far getting was bunny for high voltage. All the other ultimates have no reason to even farm for the ultimate. I hope freyas ult will be worth farming
Yeah, with getting more Ultimate descendants, and using their Transcendant mods, I'm finding that many of them have really bad negatives which usually outweigh the positives. I really hope Transendant modules get reworked in due time, because they're becoming more of a burden than a bonus.

Lol finaly people using more and more the build 😂 Also, enlightement can be swap for strong mentality. It better scale. 17 shot is the better build than 18. I have been using the build from a very long time without firearm master. Good that someone talked about Also if you doing 16 shot, check if you have 30 fps or v sync. Going to 120/144 fps will give you the 17 shot consistent With colossus/crit dmg
but in the last clip.. you showed the accelerated drive shaft + max duration and with the firearm master on.. so.. basically, did you mean use firearm master if you want to be glass cannon and remove it if you want to have the cheat death passive? liked the video btw. :)
Do the weapon swap mods reduce the starting animation of the ultimate? If so, you might be able to sneak in another short or two since the beginning animation is so long.
I feel like I am missing something. I have gold Max MP on my sensor and still cap about 13 shots. I'd say fewer than half of my boss runs are one phase on anyone not named Devourer. Obv, this is with a fully cata built *minus 1 slot as I have it open to add HP as needed for groups*
You can achieve 18 Shots with a Firearm master, but you will have to trade one of the Sub-Stats on your reactor, but my current build is a 17 shot Firearm master build that's built around Damage upfront instead of Dot, but apparently the Dot build is best in slot for Lepic. Edit: I just saw you say your reactor is Colossi & Dur. The best in slot is without a doubt Crit Damage & Damage to Colossi. With that reactor you can still achieve 17-18 shots, you just have to play around with your setup. Okay, after playing around with some builds, I’m Managing 19 Consistent shots at 3.991 Million for a grand total of 75.8 Million Damage making it the highest total damage so far, and this was with a Crit & Dur reactor.
You can lose a little crit damage and have 9k of HP with HP amplification. I use only Front Lines, Skill Concetration and Skill insight = 180% crit damage and 143% Crit rate. Skill do the job fast as possible and do a good job in a group.
What causes your shots to leave little rocks orbiting around the ball of fire coz I've done the same build just without a reactor so is it the reactor that causes it?
Don't know if you can count all the ticks cause the bosses will walk out of the aoe outside of staggering also swamp walker is a big boy not all bosses or that big duration will increase firearm master I'm not hating the build tho
for sure, I just wanted more survivability tbh without investing in more hp and this is the way i found, im sure new builds will always be found especially with the coming season changes! appreciate the feedback :)
- If u want 18 shots, just add Max duration , and still keep fire arm master , cheat death passive is imo not that great, u have to die to get any value , for nuke Lepic -> DEATH = ult reset (1 time ), if used properly is pretty good , i myself used it with success. - If u wanna farm reactors with lepic u simply use the Efficiency module + MP collector , get highground and one tap spawns , quick and easy . That way u can CATA the Ambush / MP collector. U have to keep in mind , the Lepics that die on CD, have no game sense , and a Cheat Death wont do much , they can simply die in the next second.
@@Denneys88 okay, cause I'm still learning how skill power and everything affects your damage output, and I just didn't know if we NEEDED the mod to be able to melt bosses like in the video
It's the least impactful mod out of everything - don't worry about getting it. It boosts skill power modifier, not skill power, so the impact on the ult damage is very low.
Maybe this is a stupid question, but is maximize power really even worth it? I feel like it's a really small damage increase for the trade off of 50% longer cooldown
@Denneys88 I'm just tossing some mods around in my head that could maybe do the same thing without the negative side, I was looking at Focus on Tech, its modifier is 27.9% lower but it reduces cooldown
I still hug the floor but that's because my build is about 70% finished and there's atleast 1 time I get some major damage off before I do. Now I just need to farm for those slayer drops even though I have a strong dislike for Pyromaniac at the moment 😂
Newbie question! from some stuff I see and hear from world chat people seem to be annoyed about glass canon lepic builds. Being a solo player, are the glass canon builds ok to go use in public matches for bosses post swamp walker on hard mode? (without being a nuisance to the team).
glass cannon lepic is fine if you're decent at the game and can stay alive. people get annoyed when someone has watched a yt vid, built it and strolled into content not really knowing how to position, boss attacks and sequences. also, quite often they come in half baked so they're kinda just glass pistols instead of cannons - do mid damage and still get knocked down by a gust of wind. most people would just prefer someone who doesnt get 1-tapped and does sufficient damage.
It would be great if we knew what are all the mods you have on are. Tried to screen shot the video but it comes out too blurred when you zoom in to read them
it's something every warframe vet knows if you have to spend 2 mods slots to get like 3% more damage it's a waste might as well use those slots to get damage another way or just more utility firearm master and the attack family mods increase ability strength modifier and the bullets for overkill scale VERY POORLY with modifier the dot burn does scale with modifier yes, but for the boss nuke setup the burn dot is pretty insignificant proportion of the total damage output so for a boss nuke lepic build it's pretty much wasted mod slots
@@xPookinator can drop the "attack" family mod... maximize power in the build he showed should have room for 1 duration mod and 1 cost mod... that with max MP on the external component should have alot of fireballs in a single volley of overkill test for yourself, don't take my word for it, i'm just some anonymous yt comment 4 crit mods, one ability power mod, ambush mod, cost, duration... that's 8 mods, so room for 2 more... i been trying an hp and def mod because i like not being squishy
Most people know this already... There's just nothing else in slot that benefits the build more, so that's why people run it. It's the best option you have despite having a small impact on damage

Same build with or without red mod and max duration i get only 15 shots... 15,2 max mp mod 159 mp on sensor idk what i do wrong. Idk how u not run out of mp
do you have the other MP stats? Mp out of combat and Lepic will go to full MP during the roll cancel. MP in combat will very slowly regen MP while firing. and MP recovery modifier will boost both of the above rates mentioned. also sharp precision shot on an impact weapon and strong mentality int he M slot

why am I only getting 12 to 13 shots. What am I missing? Can't you use any impact rounds weapon? I'm using the blue beetle. other than that as far as I can tell everything is the same
make sure you've got max mp, sharp precision shot on and fire rate up on an impact weapon those are the keys. as well as check your max mp and my max mp to see the difference
I mean as soon as I heard you got 18 shots, I hit that like button, cause that's far more than I've seen most folks pull off by a large margin....that being said, whenever y'all beg for likes & comments, it immediately makes me want to take that like back & downvote, cause I loathe the begging. You're using the same build I am, you only get 16 shots with 76.5% duration..... Your reactor is giving you two extra shots. You're losing out on so much damage to just have 1 death you don't even need... 80k Dot crits instead of 300k. That's just so wild you'd go to 2.6m crits from 3.8-4.1m. Firearm master is additives from Slayer set, they're not modifiers. I don't think you understand how much damage you losing. Also you go maximize power.. You want to die to reset ult. There a reason you didn't show your actual damage numbers against that frostwalker with the 3 other lepics. You probably did sub 10m agains't a 64.5m hp boss
sub 10m on frostwalker while i got off 11 shots with a min non crit hit of 700k not accounting for any dots is a crazy statement bro. either way, appreciate the feedback.
Lepic build loses value the higher up in content you go on the more drawn out fights. This is unless you actually find full coordinated groups. Hes still great for deleting everything but the last couple Hard bosses even in solo but personally ive swapped to pumping up another character with Shot Focus and a mixed Defensive/Offensive set to enjoy the Pubbing experience. Just kinda wish there was a Ultimate Enzo...or Ultimate Gley wasnt so impossible to obtain.
It actually does make a difference. As he says above, you get a full 8 seconds of invulnerability and then a 50% heal at the end. This is more than enough time to kill a boss before you would ever have to worry about dying.
@@ThiagoJaqueta in longer fights like Gluttony 8s is nothing, the boss looks at you after it and you are dead. Probably every boss after Gluttony as well in the future. This build is only good on farm bosses in my opinion. Also we have this wonderful game design where there are undodgeable attacks (before you pull the skill issue card).
