Coming back with a new and improve #proteincookie recipe. This recipe is simple and straight to the point. I created 2 versions of this cookie, one with almond flour and another with self rising flour. In all honestly the Almond adds a few more calories , but overall I love the taste of the almond flour much better.

1/4 c Monkfruit Sugar
1/4c Brown Sugar (Monkfruit also has this)
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/8 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Hot Water
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 c Almond Flour/ Self Rising Flour
