Can you help me figure out if mine is recording in the correct resolution, when I record the video and then check the properties of the AVI file it tells me Frame Width is 1280 and Frame Height is 720, with 30fps. Is this correct for 1080p? I would have thought it should be 1920 x 1080 to be 1080p?
There are many menufactures in China that is producing this camera. Factories will save cost to compeat in price, they will reduce the parts and cut off some of the functiong.

how to change the resolution from 720 to 1080? because i saw others video that the camera can change the resolution by press the mode button while in standby mode and the light will blinking blue and red. but my camera cannot do that because it only have record and take picture mode only. can u tell me how to change the resolution?
Hi... this camera is made by many different manufactures. Some of the manufacturer will cut down on some of the features, some cameras dont have that particular functions. When it is plugged in to charge, how long does it need to be recharged? How can you tell when it needs charging? Is the red light suppose to blink the whole time it is plugged in? Thank you for helping
The battery is quite small, you can charge it from 3-4 hours to get a full charge. When charging the light will blink. This is a OEM cam from China. There are many factories that is producing the same cam but the operation might be a bit differnt. Some light will blink duing charging and off when it's full and some won't turn off it will blink even when its full. Just charge it for 4 hours is sure to be full. Got one from Amazon. It seems to work, but only records for 1-2 minutes before shutting down. Have tried fully charging it for several hours. Perhaps it is in some wrong mode?
The camera will record and save the files then continue to record. During file saving if there is any error the camera will stop to record and auto off after 1 min. The cam can support up to 32Gb micro SD card only. Try to use a class 10 card. You can try to format the card using your PC and try to record see if that works. Or you can try other brand of SD cards. If still having the same problem, most likely the cam is defective. Get a refund or replacment from your seller.
I recently purchased one of these, and I can turn it on and go through all of the different modes with the red and blue indicator lights flashing exactly the same as in your video. So it shows to be recording and taking pictures, but nothing is ever saved to the SD card, and I have tried all 4, 8, 16, and 32 gigabyte SD cards and nothing shows up on any of them. Any ideas what the problem might be?
The cam only be able to support up to 32gb cards only. If you have tried all the cards and still having problems most probably the cam is defective. Get a replacement or refund from your seller
Nice Video; my camera only records for 15 minutes or 3 videos of 5 minutes then no more. I use a memory card of 8GB. I charge it until the red light turns fully on so do you think it is defective.
Try to use a 32gb micro SD card. Charge it for 4 hours Sometime when saving the video file, if there's a error the cam will stop recording and shuts off After changing to a bigger card and will full charge still having the same problems. The cam might be defective. Get a replacement or refund from Ur seller.

Hello is my camera deffective? I got on it a 128 gb sd card and it records ok but only for 2 minutes then i dont know if it stops because it is turned off, because of battery or camera itself... what could i do?

The recordings is in the sd card. Videos and pictures are in separate folders. Take out the SD card and copy the files into ur pc and open the file using windows media player. if you want to view the videos in ur phone. copy the vid files into ur phone internal memory. then download "all video player" from playstore, open the video file to playback and view.

It can read the SD card. Try formatting the card first using Ur pc and try again. Best to use a class 10 micro SD card. Try other brands of SD cards If this 2 options doesn't work most likely Ur cam is defective. Get a refund or replacement from Ur seller.

I think mine is detected because chager with in 5 min means red light is not blinking. So press and hold the power on button and blur light is on but with in some sec it starts blinking for 10 times and power off by itself. Will you please help me or Should I replace it?
charge for 1 hour if you want to test it, full charge in about 4-5 hours. try putting a sd card in the test record, if its working fine then ok. if not u have to get a replacement or refund from ur seller

@@nice2tradez56 Maybe someone knows. When I turn on the camera, long press on the power button, Blue light comes on, After 3 seconds it flashes along with red. And turned off. There is a full battery.
Continue to change if for 4-5 hours. If your camera have a recoding time of 45-60+ minutes it's working properly. If it's runs out of battery fast means it's not charging properly or the battery is defective. Get a refund or replacement from Ur seller
this is a cheap OEM camera from china, there are many manufactures producing it. depends on the manufacture design of the internal circuit board, some of it no need to take out the card to charge, some of it have to. and the qc is not reliable.
Hi... you can't connect the cam to your phone using WIFI or Bluetooth, the cam does not support that connection. You can connect the cam to your phone using a Android phone that is able to support OTG connection. You just use the cable that comes with the cam and you need to get a USB adapter (either a micro usb or a type C, depending on what port you phone is using) to connect to your phone. Hi... you can't connect it directly to your phone to view. There is no wifi connection capability for this model. You can try MD81 or V9 camera, this are the mini cams that is able to connect to a wifi network for you to view the videos on your phone remotely. Got this camera, firstly it seemed it had been unboxed before ? The instructions were tiny and the phone apps were unusable because of ads. The video quality was poor. The only practical use was as a poor quality web cam? Sent back as a poor quality gimmick.
Hi... if the cam you bought had been open, your seller might have open it to check before shipping it, you might want to check with your seller. The instructions are tiny because the manufacturer want to fit the instructions into a small box that comes with the camera. You don't need to use any apps on the phone for this camera. The video is recored directly onto the micro SD card in the camera. Yes the video is of low resolution, can't expect much when the price isrelatively low.
