You can book Club Mobay directly on their website or I will be happy to help with no additional fees.
They have an arrival and a departure service available.
Arrivals get you through customs and immigrations in a flash. (I 100% always recommend this).
Departures can get you through the security line faster when you are leaving Montego Bay and you get access to their lounge with a snack. (If you are looking to save a little bit of money, the departure service isn't necessary, The TSA line moves fairly fast when departing)
You will exit the plane and follow the ramps until you see a Club Mobay agent holding a sign with your name. You will show the Club Mobay agent your confirmation.
Your agent will take you to the front of the immigration line where they will check your passport and maybe ask a few questions like what resort you are staying at. Remember the resort name!
From there, your Club Mobay agent will take you to Baggage claim / duty free zone. This is where you will get cigarettes, etc.
(Note: You are only allowed to bring 200 cigarettes per person back into the US)
After collecting your luggage (If you have any) your agent will take you to customs. You will hand them your passport and inform them that the C5 immigration form was completed online.
Your Mobay agent will then take you outside to help you find your driver.
All of this takes about 15-20 minutes from the time you deplane.
