Whoops. Too bad I'm vegan and make almost all my own food and still am having a proctocolectomy in May. Diet and Crohn's disease are intertwined, but adjusting your diet alone will NEVER cure IBD. It's an autoimmune disease that is naturally progressive and debilitating without medication.

@@gordiemeow yup people also dont get that this condition is adaptive as in some things start to trigger it others dont so you constantly switch in n out of certain foods.
