I have been diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis and a partial tear, along with the Haglunds deformity. I am presently going to PT and I have worn a boot for 8 weeks. I am struggling with proper footwear. My pain is at the bottom of your "tic,tac,toe" board. I see an Othopedic foot/ankle specialist, but my patience is running thin. I don't want to have surgery.
