Wish I would have seen this two days ago... I struggled to get it to install but I finally got it.. video explains it very well.

Can it do tiled cuts to go beyond its cut capacity? If so can you post a video on how to move and align the material?

Why would you do that? Why require the firmware to be updated on the microSD card? Why not just use the USB stick?
