It is possible is the enemy surrenders and is disarmed. He can stay with empty weapon after has been discharged all the bullets inside.

These kids are recruited against their will, when captured, they just surrender, mind you those guns can't have a bullet, maybe u don't know about military

But if we're to recall the History, you remember, they were NRA young people called Kadogos, may be from age 12yrs and 15. So you can train these young people to use a gun, let it AK-47 pistols of any type stick grenades etc etc. When fighting and these people are am ambushed and you put them on gun point they have to put their arms up and surrender and put the gun mussel up.
