It would be more rational to use a 6s2p connection, while using a 5.5/2.1mm connector you can fully charge with a current of 3A in 1 hour and 45 minutes. In addition, it is possible to install a voltage converter for 5V in the downward direction, and such DC-DC converters have a higher efficiency, about 95%.
