Hi Igor, same suggestions as last time from me. Like some towerdefense games have a 4th tier upgrade level in which you can go in seperate routes which are even better but mostly situational. So, for example, tier 4 light mech: Route 1: all terrain, added strong suspension for jumping capability/ ride smoothening, and a floating ring so it can traverse small lakes. This branch makes nowhere safe from the lightweight mech. But, some firepower had to be stripped to accomondate the weight of the new features. Route 2: extra gun power, bottom inbetween leg joint gets replaced by an extra gunner cockpit and the engine is blaced on the back like a backpack. With a second person in place the mech is double as observent and harder to reach but opts for a weak spot in the back. Route 3: Stealth version. Camo paint, shock absorbers under the feet, noise reducing joints and a surpressor on the barrel. Opting for a way slower mech but with its more damage and undetectability it can be fierce. I think this way of a branching paths 4th level idea could open up REALLY creative idea's for the builds! You see what I mean with my examples above? All a massive destinctive upgrade, but opting with a slight compromise to the original design to keep it balanced. Hope you see this and think about it! Keep up the fun video's
Sjoerd, thank you very much again for the suggestion and taking the time to elaborate. Love the examples, it definitely opens up the creative ability to push the designs in so many directions. I will try to implement this on the next design as the subject (minor spoiler) shouldn't take too long to draw/upgrade.
How about having the next one not be a vehicle. Maybe spice it up a bit and do a object or something. This series is really cool and I really can’t wait for next one. I guess I’m going to have to though. I also like how you list the upgrades like you’ve researched it even though sometimes the things are made up. It’s cool.
Thank you SpeakEasy! I agree with you, I wont do a vehicle to switch it up a bit. Listing upgrades (even the made up ones) is another way for me to think about how the subject operates beyond just how it looks. Hopefully I'll improve on implementing the cut outs in the future and we'll get more and more believable designs. I've got a lot of great topics lined up, will continue to try and crank these out!
Thanks for the suggestion Roman! I think I'll even add to that and do infantry from different time periods and branches of military for different videos.
Could you maybe upload a video on how to draw buildings? such as Russian Dacha houses or apartment blocks? just wondering. I love this channel very much!
Dafydd, I wanted to move a little bit away from tutorials since there's so many fantastic channels that cover fundamentals to drawing. But I'm going to add apartment blocks to the list, and I'll try and record the drawing process so maybe you'll find that helpful!
Rain, I would highly advice anything you're trying to learn to draw (or just feel a bit uncomfortable with drawing) is to pull up a lot of references. Look up pictures of crocodiles and alligators. That'll give you an understanding dinosaur teeth grow, and their basic shapes. After a bit of practice, you'll be able to draw them from memory at different angles
