We switched over to GA4 months ago but the info about the automatic GA4 property creation was nice to know - would've ended up with extra GA4 properties in a couple months' time 😂😂 Now, if I could just tell Google that I already made a GA4 property and that it can stop fussing about the two historical UA3 properties that "aren't getting hits" because they're not installed anymore 😒🖐️

I had connected my website to Google Universal Analytics via pasting the UA Id in AIOSEO plugin. Now how do i connect & migrate the site with GA4 ? Do i delete the UA id & replace with the new GA4 one?

Hey Benjamin, in this video (4:44 Playtime). You mention that you have seen not changing the UA Tag on the site after the GA4 migration. You have seen some issues. If possible, can you provide some details about what type of issues you have seen?

If you're already using GA4, then you don't need to upgrade.

Historical reports won’t be deleted, but data will stop appearing in reports starting 1 July 2023 and Google has said we will be able to access historical reports for at least 6 months after this. See: support.google.com/analytics/answer/11583528

Google is pushing the message to upgrade in UA properties. If you’ve already created a GA4 property and disabled the option to automatically create a GA4 property in UA, you’re good to go.

At 6:30 you move to a different tab. I find it very disturbing. I have already multiple accounts, confused by the details and it's hard to find that tag manager. You should have mentioned it earlier, if you'll use multiple tabs... :/ Google Analytics, tags, accounts, data streams. It became overcomplicated.

I switch from Google Analytics to Google Tag Manager.
