The 2024 sounds pretty loud with line while catching fish. especially when I have hooked onto WSB these last couple weeks. I can try filming another video of both with line.
Hi, I just got mine today, the 5000 one, but it makes weird noise when reeling, like the gear/bearing is not properly greased or something, hard to describe the sound, however it’s very weird since its brand new out of the box, just for my curiosity I compared it with my stella fk and indeed it makes that weird reeling sound, but i wonder if you encountered the same experience? Thanks in advance…
I have the same problem before like there's something grinding inside while turning the handle...all you have to do is to loosen the side plate a little bit sometimes they over torque this side plate which can cause that nose but you have to buy the special wrench they use to open the side plate...
I had the same with my 19 Certate ordered from Digitaka. Now one year later it is actually much more quiet and feels smooth. It just had to run in and grease better distributed inside. Also, the small tolerance Magseal plate under the rotor is known to cause a bit of running noise, most noticeable indoors but not really a problem on the water
The internals are the same except the gear ratios 4k and 5k ratio is not the same they have high gear and extra high gear gear ratios...but you can interchangeable the spool like you can use the 5k body and use a 4k spool, you can also use a 2500 body and use a 3k spool...
the t knob from the 2019, i said the same. it gotta so sticky, i tried to replace it. Now i gotta learn how to disasseble the knob and put on the new one. any ideas?

@@rickwu6005 either with a pick tool or fathead screwdriver. I would definitely cover the end of the tool with some tape to not potentially scratch the cover.
