Love these ‘tutorials’ Matt 👌 always full of the kind of details I try to understand, sort of do understand but really wouldn’t know where to start 😂 Keep em comin dude😎
This is probably a long stretch but can you make a video for the F87 M2C or at the very least, an F80 M3? Would love to see your recommendations for budget users!
Hi, thanks for the comment. Check out some of the videos on our channel as we have covered a build on an M2C (blue one in the image) and we also have a series on going with our own F80 M3 that we are adding components to one by one.
full SPL kit + cortex JRI 2-ways + FP sway bars + irs bushings kit (no stupid reinforcements) - and suspension wise you're almost at gt4 level, short of bladed ARB's, and in some places even better. You'll need to customized bottom arm or replace it with reg. GT version to accomodate rear coilovers though. Oh, and you wouldn't be able to drive car on a track on normal/sport mode anymore due to electronics being way too intrusive as your grip limit will rise substantially.
@@maximborodyuk3773 we would advise a full Suspension Secrets arm kit 👍 but apart from that yeah that’s all it takes to turn your car into a track weapon! And the increased grip levels would definitely require the traction to be switched off on track….but we find the need to do that a standard anyway as the traction systems slow the car down way too much for track use regardless 👍
@@SuspensionSecrets how can you advise something that doesnt exist? car in question is Mustang Shelby GT350, you aren't producing any parts for it per your website. I owned it before with the exact spec that I mention, which was the result of same initial question - GT350 to GT4
They can have a negative effect but it depends how thick you are going. We have an article covering this which I will link here: suspensionsecrets.co.uk/why-you-should-not-fit-wheels-spacers/
They are a great platform too. As we are sponsoring the G82 M4 GT4 this year it will be the feature of a lot of our videos as we are involved with the car out on circuit.
