Great wide berth of information. For dehydrated, i found its not limited to citrus, I have found mango, pineapple, pears, apple, etc..

Garnishes can be nice, but to me it's an added extra. If the cocktail is rank then no amount of trees and hedges will help

Cool!! I love scotch neat so I don't need garnishes but this is a terrific video! I am more concerned about lovely ice. I don't care about the garnish on a cocktail. Old Fashioned, Rusty Nail, Manhattan, Vieux Carre! Ice entices me - not a garnish! Just being honest! I love a lemon peel expressed on a Martini but I dispense with it and have the Martini without a garnish! I do LOVE a dirty Martini with 3 castelveltrano olives - red and green!! Hey we all have differing opinions right? Have you tracked down the Lagavulin 11 Offerman 4th edition? So delicious! Just bought a case of the the Lag 16 and Lag 11 4th edition!!! Cheers Rob!! Oh! Thank you for the good tips, but I don't know if I can deal with the AI music. I realize it's maybe not very polite to criticize, I just find it very cringey. It works great as instrumental background music, but the moment you add lyrics it's like an icepick in my eardrums. I know there are people who don't mind it, and that's cool, but I also don't think they'd miss it if it were gone. Whereas the people who are sensitive to it will definitely have a reaction. Been subscribed for a while and I like your channel, and because of that I thought it might be worth mentioning as I know I'm not the only person who bristles at AI music. Of course you are free to do as you like, and I wish you luck no matter what, your channel definitely deserves more views.
