Technology development (especially in POWER & ENERGY PRODUCTION) like this ELIAS should be given more support and due recognition. Yet the balancing act from government may prevent them giving the all out support due to potential risk sa mga existing businesses especially in the petrolium and energy industries, where obviously many politicians are deeply involved in. The best way is for the common Filipinos to rally behind him and give full support for the realization of this project.
