I believe that Titan clock could use time stop and spam his abilities. Yes although Godzilla would tank most of the hits, Godzilla would not be able to do anything back due to the time-stop. Even if Godzilla manages to kill Titan Clock, Titan Clock could just revive himself or reverse time. So eventually Godzilla would tire himself out or Titan Clock would eventually defeat Evolved Godzilla
