Honestly against a fully setup Titan Scientist Toilet, it wouldve been more of a high-mid diff, when you add the factor that scientist knows what to use to counter the screen, then what to bring to an encounter, can also teleport, and has way more intelligence then the entire television race, in my opinion his intelligence is superior to the alliances scientists.
1. He knows how to counter every titan. 2. He stole some sort of device that makes him able to teleport. 3. He knew how to figure out weakpoints in the titans without even being in the fight, and once he came in he had not much but it was enough to destroy TSM and TCM alone, but if we factor if TTVM arrived before he would probably have counter techniques, but depends on what you mean by if they fought.

Speed and agility and biq go to uttm, me being a fan of doesn’t I will tilt him wining, speed goes uttm due to uttm having a superior jetpack and managed to blitz G-man a couple of times managed too spin at high speeds and hit his shield with enough force he broke it and reacted to Astro toilet throwing his own blade off guard and managed to react and blitz Iutsm , and another reason why uttm is faster than Utcm and this actually involves Utcm the reason why the injured version of tcm is faster than Utcm version in ep 57-65 is because not only tcm got a better jetpack that’s slightly comparable to uttm but he lost most of his armor, which weighs a lot, so in conclusion he lost a lot of weight that’s making him move faster. We are talking about UTCM, who at his peak (dont deny this bc ik u will try to) was getting overwhelmed by Fake g man WITH TSM. Imagine Fake g man and UTCM in a 1v1, UTCM would struggle A LOT by himself bc that version of g man was very mad and would easily overwhelm him by just ramming into him and pushing him over and headbutting him. Weren’t the titans injured before they arrived and same for uttm’s tv? Didn’t G-man had backup to hold uttm the hole fight? And also even shot him with his lasers and the ball to disturb his abilities and movements Uttm seemed literally unharmed by g-man who had 4-6 lasers and had no significant damage except knockback and stuns, while Uttm with every hit removed a part from G-man one by one, and broke G-man’s shield with one hit, and also it wasn’t a 3v1 it was a 3v20, and yes I did count it. There repairs weren’t repairs there only weapons to aid them in combat they lost 80% of there armor, it doesn’t matter there not the same size because the titans were heavily weakened enough to the point were they could take damage, the planes although can’t damage uttm they can stun him or leave him off guard same way as Astro toilet and the planes that attacked uttm and tsm proved to have damaged tsm but not uttm this entire fight uttm had to ensure tcm and tsm’s safety because there too injured, he disinfected tsm and gave a supercharge for him to fight g-man while he defeated the flying Skibidi toilets, he saved tcm and tsm twice, he removed 6 parts of g-man’s armor just by casually swinging his sword, 10 if you count him giving tsm a supercharge it was his power and lend it tsm, he killed over 15 skibidi toilets this fight, keep in mind even g-man knew if uttm was fighting instead of tcm the outcomes would change tcm would be heavily injured or killed by them and uttm would have killed g-man, uttm had enough strength to destroy g-man shield just by a single hit and wasn’t hurt by g-man’s lasers by the slightest and he to be nerfed just for the plot to continue, and people tend to ignore the fact g-man would have lost against Astro in that laser battle but he had help, the question if he could win? Why speed to titan tv? He's the slowest titan if dont count teleportation. Did you see speed titan tv in episode 73 part 2? And titan camera in episode 57 part 1 ,when he flew to g man?
