Juggernaut hasn't even shown his full power, so we don't know if titan tv man will be able to defeat him alone, and I think he will need help, we already saw how the little juggernaut from ep 75 had incredibly high resistance and could attack with his shield, imagine This is on the scale of Juggernaut, the latter has a much better chance of beating Titan TV in a 1 on 1, Jugger's shots would affect Titan TV Man a lot because they are like an electromagnetic pulse, apart from doing good damage. Titan tv man 3.0 is no match for the most powerful astro toilets, he needs help from g-toilet 5.0, that has been known for a while.
You forgot something, the tv scientist got a part of the astro tech due to the detainer's arm, so they are researching their powers and probably their weaknesses, not to mention, it'll also be another upgrade for uttm, or for the entire alliance if the tv race are willing to share.

I think we can argue that Titan Tv Man can beat Juggernaut, since he has barely shown his power, but I'm really not sure if he can beat the mothership, since he had to retreat with TSM, even though, I believe it was to protect TSM but, he looked kinda afraid, or troubled by the sudden appearance of the mothership
Titan TVman winning to the Mothership is facts bro, that Mothership is small as heck, even smaller than detainer. He only looks larger, is because he’s very close to POV. And the other 3 Astro’s? They’re not fast enough to kill Titan TVman. TV Titan can just use his Red Screen and all of them will go on suicidal mode. TVman Titan is the strongest Titan in this series, if only he wasn’t protecting Titan Speakerman, he could’ve destroyed those Astro horde.
