I used to Love pic monkey. I used to edit my thumbnail using it. Now you have to pay to use it on PC which seriously sucks! 😦

that happened to my phone once too... you have to restart your whole phone by holding down the home button and the off button at the same time. sorry if this doesnt make sense just trying to help!!!!!:)

It's probably to late now but the next time your phone freezes again then hold the home button and the power button and for about 10 seconds and then it will like reset and then turn it on and it should work. I know this because it happened to me and then my violin teacher said to do that and it works

Alisha, there’s a hack for that frozen iPhone screen ! So if you hold down your home button and the power button at the same time for a few seconds until the screen turns black and turns off, then you can turn it on again using the power button and your good to go ! Love u btw ❤️

To fix ur phone u just have to hold the home button and lock button at the same time

I go on first class every year I go to Japan to see my family since it’s like a 12 hour flight😂 idk how my dad manages to pay for that but he does it and I’m so grateful for him😊❤️
