I feel like there should be videos on how to counter certain classes. It would be great to educate people on how to fight certain characters, especially characters like Brainium, as with practice, you can break the broken. Also, one of the main reason they added Steam Blaster is cause in GW2, Scientist was playable more as an offensive class with things like chemist, so they added a primary upgrade to appease those players.
The best candidate for countering BB, (hot take incoming) is actually snapdragon. His high health can let him tank a fully charged brainium bash. Swoop slam can help dodge ultra balls, thump jumps, and most importantly turbo twister. Blue blazes can be a good fight starter/ender, and blazing trail can swing corner and junction fights into your favor. Plus the high damage of flame blower is nothing to ignore.
5:03 It should be noted that on switch, wormhole sometimes bugs out and makes warp do nothing. This happens more often than you might think, and can happen right when you need warp the most.
Brainium bashed paired with typhoon is so broken honestly. Best you can do is to sprint around hoping him not to hit you. Even then he can just escape fights without too much worry
Eh, steam blaster is much more intimidating because it pierces through anything, and all of the strongest plants in the game rely on you NOT being able to pierce through them. And branium requires skill so its not an insta pick for anyone
I personally never find Steam to be an intimidating upgrade, because most steam players I run into simply don’t play into his range well. It’s true that he pierces, but it’s not really effective against a Citron who knows how to play around Steam. Brainium is a good point, but it’s really not a hard upgrade to use. I think it’s easier than almost any other character / upgrade in the game, it just requires good game sense and knowledge to be used to its fullest
@SylviaYSI idk sis citrons get clapped big time just like oaks. Each upgrade requires skill, once you get through that the upgrade becomes arguably more powerful then reg
