Thanks for doing this video. The "instructions" that were not sent were so helpful. They was as helpful as the emailed instructions I was sent. Again, thanks for this. I followed along on one side and am tackling the other side tonight. Hitting the St. Anthony Dunes one more time this weekend before this northern season comes to a close.
Now that you have had these 2 years can you provide a follow up? Very interested but have had very bad luck with aftermarket doors going back to 2015 with dirt engineered doors. 4 sets with that company, lots of back and forth with them and they all fit like crap or lost adjustment soon as you got on the trail. Been looking at these or the motoarmor ones.
They've been absolutely issue free. No rattle, nothings come loose, no squeaks. Could be that they are designed and made better? It's the only set of doors I've ever purchased. Well worth it, just take your time installing them. Make sure everything is aligned correctly and tightened down. Highly recommend.
The Madigan cage roof and the TMW door skins were making a lot of noise on my RZR, has that sheet metal echo sound and some squeaks when driving around on rough trails, so I took them all off and purchased some fake carbon fiber marine grade vinyl and cut it to fit and used some industrial strength adhesive to dampen the noise.
I haven't even watched the video yet, but I know it's gonna be epic! I was actually about to message you to ask when the next video was coming. I'm having withdrawals! Great channel, man!
The Off Road Adventure Channel love it! Also, your wife is a great assistant in making sure we are getting good shots. (Edit, maybe that wasn't your wife's voice halfway through the video...) I have my wife watch your videos with her in there. It helps encourage my wife to invest in building more riding and building memories. So your wife is the real MVP, helping husbands every where! :)
@@treasureseekerintheway3515 😂 That was Justin helping in this video but he'll get a good laugh out of that! I'll share your comment with the Mrs though! She does a great job putting up with me 🤣. Like you said this is all about making those memories man!
@@jjl46507 Awesome man! Congratulations on the new ride! I do have a trick up my sleeve to make cleaning these things easier. I'll be sure to cover it 👍
The Off Road Adventure Channel the foam cannon for the win lol I actually thought about some sort of ceramic coating/cleaner for mine just to make it a bit easier.
The Off Road Adventure Channel, I ended up using flange bolts/nuts on my RZR doors to tighten up the hinges and stop the rattling...I’m a bit OCD when it comes to noise.
Oh Yeah, I like these doors, and I also like the way the back doors are straight and do not curve up like you said. I can not stand my stock doors with the Pro Armor lowers the dealer installed. they rattle and squeak that drives me crazy and they don't even fit properly there are gaps everywhere, even though they are metal they are flimsy. These doors look so sleek and have clean lines and I like the way they designed them with the frame going all along the edge.. With the Madigan cage I ordered after watching your posting and these doors my RZR will look great, (but not as nice as yours). Might have to stop watching you vids though, or come out of retirement and get a job.
