Juan, I love the design of the triple tree I represent Heli-Coil Threaded Inserts and would love to send some sample part for you to try in your design to strengthen your threaded hole. These parts are not just used for repairing striped holes they are also used in aerospace assembly's. Please let me know if interested big fan of Thrashin supply's.

Guys, I'm not assuming that your brake rotors aren't warped as Lance suggested, but floating rotors do require regular maintenance. They will give you feedback of them being warped, when maintenance is overdue. The buttons that separate and connect the rotor to the center carrier are the maintenance items. I use a long round tapered steel dowel inserted thru the actual buttons, and while gently rocking the buttons, first spray a cleaner around the buttons where they connect, to remove dirt, grime, brake dust etc., then follow with a lubricant. I avoid using brand names, but I know you will decide what works best for you. Lastly, clean the rotors and blow off any excess lubricant that may drip or fling off while riding. Luke can probably make a suggestion for what the team uses on the road race bikes. Once you perform the maintenance process, then check the runout with a dial indicator. Generally you'll find that the rotors are within spec. Our Dyna's are primarily drag race use only, but the buttons get serviced after every weekend. Hope that helps, and much success in 2024.

I know Juan probably addressed this but in a a high fatigue environment at a given stress level an aluminum part will always fail by fatigue, while a steel part at that same stress level may never fail. That is probably why Harley uses steel. That’s the problem with aluminum, no matter what stress level eventually aluminum will fail by fatigue, it may be millions of cycles but it will fail by fatigue

Would be sweet to see some beefed up (& lightened) triple trees available for the basic M8 softail models Also would be nice to see a 1-1/8" bar clamp / mounting option available in your risers as you know MX bars are typically 1-1/8"", im currently running 1-1/8"bars but no TSC risers available for me???
