Upgrading my hamster enclosure || natural german inspired || hamster playpen 

I love love love how you've decorated the enclosure, and the cage & playpen set up looks like such a convenient solution to maximize space! Its also so nice to see how many natural items are now available in the US & Canada, I remember even just a few years ago options were so much more limited. Keep up the amazing work!

Hello!! The playpen you've set up is awesome! I have the same plastic panels for my playpen, and it's very similar to yours. The enclosure I have is also quite similar, but I have a problem because every time I take my female Syrian hamster out, she spends more time trying to escape the playpen by biting the corner bars than playing. I get along well with her, and she's super happy in her cage, loves exploring, and has plenty of enrichment. But every time I take her out to play, she just wants to escape, and I'm not sure why :/
